The noise of the window air conditioner is a bit big, the other is good, the service is not bad, because we did not have a fixed double bed when ordering (only the standard room may be double bed may be a big bed room, the hotel twin room has no more ), Ctrip immediately coordinated without success, but the service desk knew that we lived so awkwardly, and gave us a bed for free! Spent an overnight in this fabulous, luxury hotel with all the elegant amenities one would expect in an expensive New York hotel. World class art in the lobby made the entrance to the hotel an eye-popping beginning to stay. Room was exceptionally comfortable and noise free in spite of being downtown and on a corner. Bed linens were impeccable and soft, bathtub was big enough for two, staff were kind and friendly. The Artisan Restaurant downstairs in the hotel for dinner was exceptional and Delmar breakfast was served there in the morning which was a delight. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a resort like experience without having to travel far to achieve the Zen like feeling!

From my middle of the night arrival, to the maintenance man willing to bring me daily ice then helping me move my bags to a new room, to me locking myself out, they staff worked efficiently and with smiles. I travel all the time for work and this was one of the best accommodations staff. I will definitely be back.

I have been coming to this hotel for three years now, and I can easily say that it is the BEST hotel in the area. Mike and his team are fantastic! During my last stay, I left my car lights on resulting in a dead battery. AAA quoted three hours to get to me, which would have resulted in us missing a softball game. I went over to the team at Reception and without any hesitation, they sprung into action and got me a jump. We were on our way in less than 10 minutes! Amazing!

This was a one night stay for a short trip and facility was very inviting, well away from traffic and noise. Staff very friendly on arrival and helpfull. Checking in was quick and easy and the room was very clean and refreshing and comfortable. The restaurant was not open for evening meal but did serve breakfast buffet style which had a decent selection of items and sides. Will definatly return in the future.

We had an error on our reservation that was our fault...mistakes happen. When we realized our error, I called the general manager and she was so helpful in putting everything right for us. Some pros and cons Spacious Room (stayed in a double queen suite with pull out couch). Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Overall, facility and room was very clean. Good value for the cost. The facility felt safe. Security went through the parking lot slowly down each row at night (twice that I saw.) However, the pool was disgusting. The water was foggy to the point you couldn't see the bottom step. There were several chunks of hair floating in the pool and a straw. (Big bummer since we traveled with kids to a place specifically with a pool.) The room itself was big but had a stuffy, mildew smell. Since none of the windows open there was no way to air it out. The odor was strong enough to wake me up a few times in the middle of the night. The view of the parking lot and dumpster leave something to be desired but it your just looking for a place to rest, no biggie. The rooms with odd numbers have a view of a pretty building.

Absolutely miserable experience. Got in late on a Sunday. Wifi and TV were down. Not a huge deal, but annoying nonetheless. Our room had a huge bright light from the parking lot shining through the window all night with curtains that wouldn't close fully. Pool was closed for maintenance when we got in and most of Monday. Neither the tv/wifi issues nor the pool was noted on the website. Asked about TV and wifi at front desk Monday morning and was given a very huffy ”nobody's TV is working”. I get it must be annoying to be getting asked constantly but still. Monday morning we noticed that every five minutes or so the fridge would make this god awful high pitched squeal. It was one of those nails on a chalkboard type sounds that is like physically painful. Went to front desk to get a new room, which they did provide, and they threw in a bunch of free attitude and eye rolls! Got new keys, went to switch rooms and the new keys didn't work. Called down to front desk and was told they couldn't send someone up so we had to go down to get new keys again. Needed three which we ended up getting, but not without more attitude. No cream for the coffee in the lobby. No coffee in the lobby most of the time either. Front desk had a sign saying they were away helping a guest more often than not. Wifi got worked out sometime on Monday, but TV was down until Tuesday evening. From what another guest told me, it had been down since Saturday. I travel a lot and stay at Marriotts almost exclusively, but after this stay I probably won't be returning to another Marriott property.

I will say that it was raining and gray so with sunshine things may have appeared better. On checking the staff were overwhelmed and we had to contend with a long line. My guests had to sit in the car for 20 minutes while we were checking in. The annex where we were placed was drab and lackluster.The rooms were old and in need of refreshing .( Actually one of my guests stated that there were many dead bugs in the bathroom but I cannot personally verify that.) There was a musty smell in the room on entry and I had to leave the door open to clear it out. Plastic cups. Broken ice machine. Iron didn’t work and I guess you get the gist. It was a lodging that you wouldn’t expect from a $49.00 motel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I had to extend the initial reservation and the staff arranged it seamlessly. The manager, Jeri, is phenomenal. She is very personable, attentive, and communicative. The front desk staff members were consistently pleasant and courteous, and I experienced nothing but friendliness and helpfulness on any occasion I encountered them. Brian, the head of maintenance, was not only amazing to fix anything that needed attention but also did it with a smile and a laugh no matter how much work had to be done. Lola and Ricky in housekeeping were always friendky and conscientious. The premises is constantly maintained to a high standard and I was impressed at the cleanliness and neatness each day. The grounds are also very quiet and have an almost park-like appearance. I have another trip upcoming to this area, and after having this very positive experience, I would not consider any other hotel for my stay. I highly recommended this ESA.

I stayed for one night in mid September. Let me say the good thing first. Front desk is very friendly, the room is big, the bedsheet is clean. And the best is the hot water is abundant and strong, so I had a wonderful shower. However, the place is beat down. The service is completely barebone. The concern is that there are always a group of people hanging around in the front door, around the parking lot. And it seems some occupants are with little kids. Not sure if the motel is rented out for longer term under government programs. The surrounding areas have a number of government agencies. If you travel as a family, this definitely not your choice.
