Comfort Inn & Suites

Great place to stay. It says it’s just 10 min or so from Mammoth Cave but to get to the Visitors Center it’s almost 40 minutes. Otherwise, we were treated by the staff with courtesy and accommodations that we needed.

Incredibly friendly staff, very clean. Room was a good size with crazy comfortable beds and a nice big bathroom. Very little outside noise. Curtains don't keep the light out very well though and the AC unit kept the room tolerable, not cool, even when we set it down to 64. Overall, a nice place, will stay again if in the area.

My son and I overall liked this hotel. Our room was nice with a very comfortable king bed, a microwave, a mini fridge, and a bath/shower combo. I do wish the TV had more channels, as there was only one kids channel. We had fun swimming in the indoor pool both nights, though we thought the water was pretty chilly for a heated pool. The breakfast was good with a variety of food options and waffle makers, worth waking up early. Great location near lots of restaurants and attractions. Despite being close to the interstate and our room facing the parking lot, it was mostly quiet which was great. Front desk staff were friendly. Reasonable room rates.

The hotel was great. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. They had a good complementary breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly. There was ample parking. And the view from our room was really nice. There are a lot of food options in the area as well.

Clean hotel with a great location. Only 10 min drive to the national park. The hotel for the job, but the breakfast was pretty gross. I wish I would have knew that ahead of time. Overall I would recommend, just met the breakfast. Go next door to McDonald’s. Right off the highway was a plus.

Location is great. Staff wonderful. Breakfast was okay. Certain things like juice and oatmeal were missing. Figured it was seasonal. Fitness center and hot tub in room awesome. The reason i gave a two instead of five boils down to the fact that the restroom was either skipped during cleaning or someone used it before we got to the room. We put all these little hints together: 1) The toilet seat was in an upright position. My husband had not gone in and i figured it was a strange way to leave after cleaning. 2) there was only one set of towels.which the front desk gave us another set, no problem 3)we discovered the hand soap that appeared to be in a wrap was infact opened and still wet....eww! 4) no lotions, shampoo, you know , all the compliments were gone too. This is when we realized that someone had been in there or it had been skipped in the cleaning. I immediately checked around the hottub because it was the main reason we wanted the room. It was our honeymoon. All appeared okay. But we still kinda had a creepy feeling that the room wasn't cleaned completely. The rest of the room did appear okay. We had already gone to the front desk about the towels and the soap and they were immediately replaced but decided we would just voice our concerns of cleanliness on review. You can bet the next time I check into any comfort inn or choice hotel that I'll be checking the restroom first! That was just nasty and really left us with a bad memory on a special trip

The bed was absolutely amazing. I got the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel for a while. Your front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely be staying here again. I hope the hotel was extremely clean. Everything worked great in the room. Like I said, it was my best stay in a hotel and I spend over 300 nights a year in hotels I strongly recommend this to anyone who stays in that area.

It's all about costumer service, Amber, the front desk lady was awesome, she did everything to make our stay enjoyable, the room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay on this place again. Thank You Amber. R & M Martins

The room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was adequate. It was quiet. Price was reasonable. Location convenient. We were traveling with an RV (truck/trailer) and they were quick to offer suggestions for parking so it was safe.
