We were staying for a concert in Wembly. Very helpful friendly staff helped to guide us on the correct underground points to get to the right place. Also we had a problem with the bathroom door locking, a young member of staff went out of his way to solve the problem. Had to leave at 4am and a very helpful lady helped us book out of the car park correctly.

Absolutely dreadful hotel. In need of updating. Tired and worn. The reception staff were very polite Room was clean, but very basic. There was a dreadful smell as you entered the hotel and the room. Bathroom was very small

Decent hotel. Nothing great... quality of linen ca improve as well as service ...they change linen every 5th day .. room cleanliness can be improved. No stand to keep a suitcase Front desk ... not rude but not too welcoming either

Clean plenty of towels air conditioning was working fine unlike the reviews have been saying must have been fixed before we came very good value for money

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not that good at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Building needs an upgrade externally as its very old and dated looking.

had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again
