就是設施太老舊了，能把設施提升一下就更好了，房間比較大，對於我來講位置比較方便，沒空調，有花園，感覺應該重新裝修一下，才對得起這個價格。

Room was clean and comfortable. Ensuite spacious. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is convenient to town centre and parks. Pets are welcome in the hotel at a reasonable additional cost.

This is our favourite hotel in Harrogate, partly because of its location and appearance, but partly because it provides such a faithful reminder of a time when things were more solid and less comfortable. Especially mattresses.

Stayed in a superior suite which was very nicely decorated and very clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast and everything was very nice. Lovely hotel - would not hesitate to stay again.
