Premier Inn Harrogate Town Centre

Pillows are ok Dust everywhere Bin was filthy covered up by a bag And lastly the quilt had a big bloodstain which was covered up by a cover absolutely disgusting, Food was terrible waited 2 hours and was sent back as it was uncooked Worst premier inn stay ever

Unfortunately the 3 of the 4 rooms we booked were absolutely freezing! The heating hardly gave and heat out and it was so noisy we couldn’t sleep with it on all night. I’ve never had to complain before at a Premier inn and was told the next morning to speak to customers services on the number they gave me. Customer services were not interested at all as we didn’t complain in the middle of the night about it being cold and the heating not working properly. I find this very poor as complaining at 3am is not the top of my list when we’d been out celebrating a friends 50th birthday. I just put some clothes on and got back in bed and dealt with it the next morning. That’s when I found out 3 of the 4 rooms were the same, the 4th room was on another floor. We were in the basement on the lower ground floor. I’ve stayed at this location before and didn’t have any problems but was told by staff if we stayed again to ask not to be on the lower ground floor. Customer services were a joke, all they offered was an apology as I should have dealt with this at 3am in their eyes, like I’ve said this is not something I would do and obviously never expected I would need to. I thought bringing it up the next morning was more than enough.

Lovely hotel, everything looked new, reception staff were helpful, great location for Harrogate shops/restaurants all within walking distance. Breakfast was great, so much to choose from and great quality food. Was very impressed and would love to stay again, thank you to Premier Inn for a fab night away

Staff friendly and helpful Some money needs spending on renovation mould starting to show on bathroom ceiling, shower tamped up but still leaked, shower head holes had black mould in some, damaged plasterwork in corridors not properly repaired, front doors did not working, lock on stairs not working - breakfast ok - sausages not cooked properly, but otherwise satisfactory. Location is brilliant and we will probably stay again, bug expect more from Premier inn brand
