The lobby and its fireplace is nice but guest room is a bit old and may need to be renovated or upgraded. The hot spring offers both indoor and outdoor pools and ONLY guests can enjoy the pool, be aware that the pool is NOT open to non-hotel guest.
One strange thing is the hotel won’t accept cash as deposit, you must have a cc or debit card to do your check in, is it right?

I was supposed to get my room at 4 o’clock, but the service was too slow and the room was only ready at 7ish. My child was disappointed and we were told there were no towels when we had access to the pool.

The facilities have been greatly expanded and improved since our last stay many years ago. The Reception desk service was very good and efficient. The room service was lacking, we placed the room service request card on our door room handle before leaving for the pools, however, no room service such as fresh towels, Kurig cups etc. were provided in the late afternoon.

The pools were absolutely lovely and so warm. This is the end of the good review. The room was tiny with a highly obstructed view. It is the first time in a hotel when there were no soaps nor shampoos. But there was one body lotion so we knew that the cleaning process was incomplete. Staff were so rude and unhelpful. We asked for the plug in phone charger in the room to be swapped out for one that worked. It never came. When we called again for it the next am they couldn’t give us a new one to use. We lost an item when checking in and when asking for it, the lost and found was supposedly cataloguing lost items and was closed. We tried calling 3 times over 10 hour and no answer. We then talked to staff at the front and no one could properly help us. They couldn’t contact house keeping neither. Also not polite!! We were told the poolside restaurant was open until 9:45 pm however they closed before 9. This staff was polite.

Resort is equipped with facilities that is suitable for Family with Seniors and Children. Hot Springs are a little bit crowded in some area and please be patient to enjoy and relax.

It is a very very old hotel and looks old and is old! One must be aware before booking. There is no cleaning service except only upon check in. Ventilation filter looked disgusting in the bathroom.
Some rooms' internet is not working and some rooms in the old block has only half window view to daylight as half is blocked by solid wall.
Valet service is limited to certain hours.
Hot spring is the only attraction but there is no staff attending and no guard watching. All on your own. Children screaming and jumping into the suppsoed "quiet zone"
