The stay was very nice. It was a short trip. The only issue is that they charged me for the room on top of paying it through Trip.com. this is the second time this has happened through your site.

We are a family of 5 with two dogs. The hotel is clean and conveniently located next to Wegmans so we could get food. We were here for 5 nights. No complaints but some things to be aware of. beds are full size not queen as indicated in the room description. No room service or restaurant on site. There is a bar but only serves food Monday-Wednesday. They don’t clean rooms daily only every 3 days. You can put garbage outside room and they will take it and will bring clean towels by request.

Convenient to HPN airport and The Capitol Theater. Also easy to drive to w ample parking. Stff was very nice. Rooms clean and well equipped. Did not like the quality of my hamburger

Very good stay: the styaff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and large, wifi works perfectly and parking is more than adequate. Breakfast is good, limited but sufficient.

While a little sterile looking, the hotel is immaculate and everything was above average. Comfy bed, excellent breakfast, and was a great location for our needs.

We stayed here in the way from DC to New Hampshire and would definitely stay here again. Super friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, and the kids loved the breakfast buffet. Win for all.

Good location to SUNY Purchase and downtown White Plains. Wegmans is a short walk away for food and supplies. Large rooms compared to some hotels. Free parking and breakfast.

At check in we were told that the hotel restaurant was closed for a while so no food available at property during our stay. We were directed to walk to a local supermarket for food. We should have been made aware of this at booking time as we would have chosen a different hotel with a restaurant. Tv didn’t work in our room. Front desk told us to wait for engineer to fix. After insisting on a room change which was not offered - new room had replacement blinds for broken blinds which didn’t block out light from outside.

Have stayed before. Will stay again. My room is run down and doesn’t have a smart tv.
