Bed bugs! We left as fast as we got there. They were all over the place. The lady with the nasty attitude did t seem to care. Refused to give a refund. Watched her throw two other guests on the street because she refused to give them a different room when the kick failed on their room.

Don't judge a book by its cover (outside) - this place is VERY clean and comfortable. I am always nervous going to any place with "Budget" or "Economy" in its name but I would not hesitate to recommend. No breakfast other than coffee even though advertises continental breakfast. Manager very friendly and helped find me a good nearby restaurant . Very comfortable bed and very good lighting.
