Very nice hotel, interested design, special services included like tapas in the afternoon, long breakfast time, nice welcome drink, welcome card, heated meeting room with wood. Very nice and big sauna with a rest room with view to the nature

Fantastic wellness hotel in mountains with a special attention to make the stay memorable for guest. From a flawless check in with a welcome drink, to a beautiful wellness, outstanding dinner (flank stay was super yummy) to an amazing breakfast. Tomáš and Martin - thank you, we will back for sure!

Amazing hotel staff, they know their stuff very well and are very helpful. Clean and cosy rooms, welness centre is great and food is very tastefull. We are very happy with our stay and definitely we'll come back. :) As a frequent traveller I have to give a big thumb up

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience in Pytloun memorable and best ever. They were attentive without being intrusive. Our waiter Peter and Patrik were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. We felt well taken care of. The service was impeccable. Our glasses were never empty, and the food arrived promptly - the MUST mention thing is the Pizza… it was the best one I had in years - this is biggest compliment I given to chef for food! HE IS THE LEGEND IN LEAGUE OF HIS OWN (forget the Michelin guide - he deserves a Nobel Price!!!) you are all credit to company as well as incredible Tomáš who trully impressed me the most - if I still had hotels I would head hunt him and do anything to steal him (he is not one in million but One and Only as well as my favourite hotel group) also Dorin was very helpful! the boys made me feel like queen that I am the only customer that matter in the whole world even when super busy. We are loving our stay so so so much. Huge thank you All team Pytloun! Must have something to do with Management - good manager manages and leads people to grove and succeed, bad manager leads them to run out of the door. This place is simply fabulous and the decor is insanely classy and stunning. Thank you all and can’t wait to see you soon again. You should be proud of yourself you are Star quality people and fabulously representing such great hours Pytloun, trully dedicated people and credit to a company. Location of the hotel is perfekt, the staff at the reception (Kamila) and the restaurant (Petr) is very friendly and helpful. Interior design is modern and cozy. Wellness area is very nice, but unfortunately the noise level was like in an Aqua Park, due to the small children who were running around and screaming at the pool. The private spa and the massages were the highlights.

Przyjazd o 21:50 - welcome drink na plus (piwo lane i prosseco). Po wejściu do pokoju wrażenie ok (myślałem że będzie większa wanna). Co do wanny chciałem skorzystać i pierwsze co to korek nie działał poprawnie i woda uciekała a druga sprawa to że nie było gorącej wody, ciepłej też nie było tylko letnia. Dwa razy byłem na recepcji w tej sprawie i tłumaczenie że boiler jest zepsuty i jestem jedyny który to zgłosił (patrząc po opiniach to nie byłem pierwszy który miał z tym problem). Telefon w pokoju nie działał. Lodówka w pokoju śmierdziała kiełbasą i nie chłodziła. Pościel słaba jak na „4 gwiazdki”. Śniadanie standardowe jak na takie miejsce. Wellness nie do skorzystania o 10:15. Wcześniej konsultowałem o której mogę wjedź do jacuzzi to dostałem informację że do 10 jest woda wymieniana (na plus) ale o 10:15 jak zadzwoniłem ze strefy wellness (Uboga ta strefa) to usłyszałem że 30 minut jeszcze. Nie skorzystałem finalnie. Recepcja trochę traktowała nas jak wroga - takie było moje odczucie. Pan Daniel był ok. Generalnie to chcieliśmy skorzystać z jakuzzi oraz ciepłej wanny i z obu rzeczy nie udało się skorzystać. Przy rezerwacji od razu zakupiona została godzina w wyżej wymienionej strefie wellness (za 6€), z której nie było możliwości skorzystać. Nie wrócę tutaj na pewno.
