Good location, A bit dated, good breakfast but staff slow on taking care after guests leaving. Difficult to find a seat at clean table.

Very old and not very fresh hotel. However, the location is the best in Härnösand. Staff is very friendly. We booked and paied for sea side wiev, but got view to inner yard. The room was very small, it was hard to place the luggage.

The bed overlay was not clean. Dust at the pipes in the room. The paint is falling of the windows and so on, the shower wasent clean either. The breakfast was ok, but very limited. Not much to chose from.

Good location citycentre, good lunch buffee and good breakfast, shopping area is near, foodmarket is near. Beautiful small city.

First impression was that the hotel was nice, well located but needed some renovation. Trying to sleep was mere impossible without well isolated windows. My window was towards the main street and I could hear all the cars and was woken up by cars extremely loud music. The hotel can’t do anything about loud cars, but they need to replace the windows. The bed is average, the bathroom is average and the breakfast was average.

Cheap but not good at all Uncomfortable bed , small room - dirty bathroom with mold on the shower curtain Small towels The breakfast was really bad with frozen bread Not many options and no refill at all Almost item was gone and no refill Uncomfortable chairs and old tables

Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is superb. But the hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Room 337 was way below current swedish hotel standard. Reception and restaurant was good and the breakfast was great - the rest was a disappoin**ent. It's a great location and building, please make it a nicer hotel by investing in it.
