I prefer to stay at normal room, not accessible/assistance room. I prefer the toilet bowl with toilet lid in the room. I understood the set up for disability customer. I would like to stay in other room, not using the room that is for people in need. I didn’t request to change it because I only stay for a night. Check in and check out service is good, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and polite. When you step in the hotel, feel like home.

A large group of us went has we was celebrating a birthday in Epping, check in was quick , the room was clean and tidy, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great as it was a surprise breakfast for the birthday man, never great thing was trip.com was cheap and cheerful, and my friends was as they paid more of different sites for their room.
