Hi I'd like to say my name is les,,I stay at Harlow international hostel for a long time,,, Richard and his wife and son Raymond are so kind,,,, it's a lovely friendly place to stay great hospitality so nice I would recommend anyone staying there,,,it's a beautiful place I would stay for any amount of time there,, all the people staying there are so kind aswell staying at the hostel,, it's just such a lovely place it has everything you need and a lovely peaceful garden well maintained and it's located in a quiet and beautiful place.

I have come after a long journey to stay here and since I was desperate and I booked the room due to wonderful reviews I had to sleep here. First of all they didn’t give me the door code up the very last minute and because I terrorized them with phone calls. Then it smelled horribly like urine in the room and the worst thing BED BUGS all over the place.

Wonderful family run hostel in the centre of the Town Park. I enjoyed an extended stay here and will be returning for sure when I am back in the area. All the facilities are well maintained and the hostel is kept very clean. Very close to the train station with quick connections to both Central London and Stansted Airport. Special thanks to Richard and his wife, their son Raymond, and member of staff, John. See you again!

Customer service is amazing. I just booked in not realising it was a hostal. I suffer from mental health and anxiety from trauma in the past. So being in a room with other men made me very anxious. I spoke to a member of staff and explained. They kindly moved me into a room on my own. Absolutely amazing Customer service. They understood straight away and were very kind and understanding. Thank you.

Such a lovely place with great staff and facilities. Will definitely be staying here again. There's a lovely huge garden and the hostel is right in the middle of a really nice park. There's a kitchen and they sell snacks and food for cheap.
