I had a very pleasant stay here. The best part was the customer service: every single member of staff was very attentive and made me feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, as you would expect. Even though it is very close to the airport, you can't hear any planes or noise pollution. I also highly recommend the breakfast which was both fresh and varied.

No one bothered to offer help even when seeing that I am moving heavy luggage’s with a box that is oversized. Double charged when the room had already prepaid online via booking app. This is notwithstanding I had already provide a copy of the check in voucher that clearly stated it had been prepaid online.

just a very quick efficient check in, nice room - perfect location for terminal 3 heathrow. i liked the decoration too - had a classic London antique feel to it

The Bed I slept in was so comfortable and the pillows were great too. Rooms are nice and the Bathrooms are also good. I didn't have the breakfast it was quite expensive and I think the Restaurant and Bar was also but it is a nice Hotel I would probably stay again.

Deservingly 4star overall but room looks bit old especially bathroom. Shampoo and body wash not good enough.

Great stay at this hotel. It is very near the airport and has a great gym and sauna. The food option in the hotel are decent and it is very close to the McDonald’s for a cheaper option. The rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly. It was a interesting to see so much art and great design at a airport hotel. Would definitely recommend for next day flights.

Lovely hotel. Very quiet, comfortable sleep even though it's close to the airport. Friendly, helpful reception staff who loaned me an adaptor for my curling iron.

This is honestly the most relaxing way to get on a plane the next day. Staff were amazing - food unreal- parking so easy to leave there

An excellent place to stay before flying off on holiday,excellent restaurant meal and very competent staff,the only fault I had was,when we asked for a drink of apple juice,they had run out of apple juice! Not something you would expect from such a high standard hotel.
