Nice n new building however was very disappointed as the feel is not new. Taps are so bad if u open for hot water than all the water goes over sink n splash on you. On top breakfast is below standard as everything pre made notfresh and we had staff knock at 8am for no reason. Very unpleasant. Must say cosmetics look n feel is nice!

A staff member was friendly. The location is really good, and the hotel has a shuttle bus and taxi services to approach the airport. Really recommend.

Stay here for business but stayed with my wife and friends before a flight

the room is clean & service is good. the location is a bit distant from the bus stop & there was frequent noise until midnite, not sure if it is the underground tube

Lovely hotel, very good location. Staff at reception very friendly and go the extra mile to take you to the elevators after check in, explaining all amenities. The sky bar has amazing view and really delicious food.

So far , the best hotel near Heathrow station, super comfortable and clean , staff is super kind , the food it’s tasty and breakfast is perfect!
Right next to the hotel there a bowling 🎳 place with some arcades so even tho it’s not close to city center there’s some fun to have before taking the flight ✈️

A wonderful and affordable place to stay while preparing to leave London after a long stay. I enjoyed photographing little sun havens in the space. Great find. I will be back here if the need to stay closer to Heathrow arrives in the future.
