The room was not as advertised and it was much smaller than advertised. No phone in the room so I had to be walking to front desk to get information . No iron or ironing board in roo. And no safe to secure monies passport etc.

Basic hotel with a good location for the airport. You can always walk into Hillingdon if you need restaurants or a pub.

It’s very convenient. The breakfast is also very delicious. However the twin room is a little bit small for two people with two large pieces of luggage.

Actually had stayed at the other Ibis further down the same road, the room was bigger and the alcohol was far more reasonable in price. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues than helping me check in, I had left them earlier and just wanted to check in to my room. Very frustrating having a poster with a pint and a pizza, and then when I asked for it, we are not doing it... Check out lady this morning was delightful.

Another guest was able to access our room with their swipe key despite being allocated a different room. This was understandably quite shocking and triggered an asthma attack. When we brought it to the hotel staff, they claimed the entry and mistake was the fault of the other guest and no offer to change rooms was made. No other actions to ensure this would not happen again was made clear to us and hotel staff claimed that they could take no other action aside from further video investigation by upper management. When I requested an email regarding the results of their investigation into the matter I was told I was have to email them to request the information. I still have not received any information 2 days after the event. The only recompense I was offered was free breakfast and a drink coupon which I refused as I felt the manner in which they were offered was disgenuine. As we had to return to the same room, I felt the need to place a chair to block the door while we slept as I feared that another guest could enter the room again while we slept.

It was really pleasant although the airport transfers they offer are quite pricey. You can just walk a little bit instead to the bus stop and use the free bus service.

The housekeeping always knock my door at morning and it havent 12 o'clock yet. and the second day they arrange someone stay at the room upper stair of my room. Its very noisy. The first day is very quite. But after lunch time the hotel staff make noise at the room behind, i suppose the hotel staff do it on purpose, arrange someone stay upper stair of my room and make so much noise all the night to make me uncomfortable. They are discriminate me. The hotel staff is not friendly at all. They are aggressive!

good connections to airports and nearby. provide shuttle service to terminal 5 with chargeable of 6.9 pounds. the room is bearly noise proofing, you can terribly hear that next room sound like snoring and talking making you hard to sleep on

I supposed to clocked out before 12pm but the cleaning staff opened the door without any announcements or knocking the door at 9am. No manners at all. I was really fed up with their services as i still had more time to stay at the hotel but very rude to come before leaving. I would suggest them to clean it after clocking out not before clock out time. This hotel should give some privacy to their guests.

It is a good to crash a night within heathrow airport aera. It is quite easy to here by bus.
