The bed was horrible cheap towels and people knocking on my door in the middle of the night I will not stay nor recommend this place

Terrible customer service I was very disappointed in our stay. People loitering in the parking lot and hallways the lobby was hot front desk clerk was slow and not very professional. This hotel does not give you what other hotels do. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy you have to pay for wifi

Had to check out two day early due to family emergency no refund or partial refund. Will not stay at that property again or use ******* due to no protection for your customer againest these types of properties

Its true that you'll need to take out your trash if not you'll be charged, lighting outside the parking lot needed too dark, room was good just bathroom door didn't lock. For the price it's ok

I found dead flies on the window seal on the day that i arrived. Told the front desk. No comment and it was not on the day that pest control came it was the day before. The tv had no channels available and i was told it was because of the weather but it was sunshine the entire time i was there except on my check out day. The gentleman who assisted me (Adam) was super helpful to me and he has great customer service skills. On my first night the room next to me or the room upstairs was very loud until about 2:00 a.m. sounded like they were moving furniture and one noise sounded like a gunshot. It scared my grandaughter who is autistic. Loud noises affect children with autism.

The room was clean. You only get a set of bath and wash towels but no hand towel. You have to pay to get a clean set or wash the set they gave you. No complimentary coffee or ice anywhere. The worst is the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced along with the metal springy bed frame.
