I had some work at sidcul so booked this hotel for myself and my wife. Hotel is a little run down and needs external renovation but inside is all nice. The staff is excellent and always smiling. Starting from the door keeper (the big moustache ***) to the reception staff to the housekeeping staff to the restaurant staff. Every one of them is excellent and very helpful. Since i was going to be working all day, i wanted to book a cab for my wife for a day trip to rishikesh. I could have booked an o la / uber for a full day but since my wife was going to be travel-ling alone, i booked a full day cab via the hotel for obvious safety reasons. The charges were probably double of an o la but the peace of mind it gave me far outweighed the additional cost. Everything was well handled. I will stay again at this hotel. Ms priyanka at the reception was also very courteous. I wish i could remember other names but all of them were very nice. I was initially allotted a room which wasnt ready so within less than 1 minute another room was given to me. Overall a very nice experience staying here after i think 10 years (when it was known as radisson blue.
