The hotel is very close to the train and bus station. There are many restaurants around. The room was spacious and had cold air. I would repeat without hesitation.

Hotel Golden is the best budget hotel in Haridwar. Hotel has defined a benchmark of fine living and has expressed high standards in the art of hospitality in Haridwar. Ideally located & 2mins walking distance from railway station & bus stand. Har-ki-Pauri & other local site seeings are just a km away. We have well-furnished rooms with modern facilities. Room Service is 24X7. Rooms are air-conditioned and Air Cooled with 24 hrs hot & cold water, room service, color TV and power backup. We request you to pay a personal visit to the property.

No bathing soap provided, no escalator facility, light coming through window even with curtains, service boy was so lazy no service provided, no intercom facility every time have to down through stairs ( my room was in 2nd floor. The air conditioner remote was not provided, and it was in auto mode. The temperature rises itself after a few minutes, and it is very harassing. Washroom was not good. Tap was not working properly. There is no hot water facility in the bathroom. Very bad experience. I will never book this hotel again.

When we are on the way, custom care has intimated that your booking in hotel golden has been cancelled, which is wrong practice. After this, we have booked in other hotel krishna in on short notice.

Kooler and fens are not working properly. Drinking water was not available very poor experience very very hot day and night

It was a nice stay for a night, room way clean and silent. Nearby market and station was plus for navigation to hear ki pauri

The room size is very very small it's 9 fit by 11 fit, the washroom quality was very very poor, the taps were mostly not working properly. The room window was opening in front of other rooms. Too much noise because it seems the hotel is combined with residential houses and many kids and family members were speaking too loudly. Kids are playing the entire day and many more to say.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and staffs were well behaved. A little dirty bathrooms but that also manageable
