Room floor and carpet not clean. Clothes iron not available even after request. However, driver service was good and quick.

Hotel is nice and big however services are very poor. Swimming pool was normal. Room service was very poor. Bathroom was very bad condition. Room was big.

2. not good experience they have not given short towel not given drier ,loaf and shower leakage is too much that we are unable to take bath properly. room*s washroom is having 2-3 cockroaches 🪳 water is not properly coming from tap bedsheets are too much dusty rooms lights is too much dim shades unhealthy smells is there in room no proper dusting has been done

Hotel needs serious maintainance. There are lots of things in the hotel as well as in rooms which are not even according to 4 star hotel. Hotel needs maintainance.

Rooms were pretty good and staff are excellent but stay away from restaurant. Otherwise, the stay is safe
