Godwin Haridwar

I recently stayed at Hotel Godwin in Haridwar for two days. The room was quite comfortable, and the overall stay experience was pleasant. However, some rooms did require maintenance. Upon discussing this with the Front Office Manager, I was informed that the property has started floor-wise renovation, which is a promising development. The service was good, and the staff was courteous and responsive. The à la carte menu, however, is quite expensive and may not appeal to all guests. While the hotel is located at a considerable distance from the main Har Ki Pauri area, a convenient shuttle service is available right outside the hotel, making travel to and from the ghat manageable. With the ongoing renovations and improvements, Hotel Godwin has the potential to be a very good option for those visiting Haridwar.

We visited this hotel for two nights with an old boys group of engineers from BITS PILANI a group of 50 friends with their spouse. All of age 77. We were very well looked after for all meals The general manager Mr Mahesh Verma was very helpful and looked after us for all our needs.

Amazing hotel and the staff are well-mannered and welcoming. The hotel was well maintained in terms of hygiene. The breakfast is awesome and the south indian food is just fabulous. The staff is so helpfull.

Very beautiful and clean hotel. Good food and courteous staff they took good care of us. Bakery items are eggless it was enjoyed by by mom. Chef came in person to take feedback. Thank you team godwin.We will come back for surely.

Good Afternoon, I hope this email finds you well. We stayed at one of your properties in May this year and I am a resident of Southall (UK). I was on a vacation visit with my family and would like to share my experience with you in regards to attitude of your respective GM Mr Verma at haridwar location. He was quite rude in handling things and never showed concern despite the fact we checked in late around 4.30pm IST. We waited for almost and hour before room was allocated to us. Instead of being apologetic he rather told us we should have come early at the hotel and it's not the fault of the hotel. How can some one be so arrogant and talk like that. Things should have been handled in a beter way. Also we requested milk for our child around 10.30 pm same day at the room service number and to put surprise we were told by the staff we don't serve milk after 8 evening. Is this a joke or what and then spoke to some one at reception he said I will arrange call back and no one ever called. Personally felt it was intentional behavior and especially your GM needs some kind of behavioral skills training how and what to talk. I hope I would get a better reply not only to cover things up but at least things should be taken at senior leadership level. Thanks AS

Mr .Shiv and front office staff is very good.special thanks to shiv .rooms are good good in location food is very tasty and resturent Staff is also very good.here is sweeming pool and gym they provide good service.parking is also available and shiv is all over good in behaviour.
