Food is good but rooms are not good bad smell. food service not good they should maintain properly we are not so happy all property smell like birds die in this property and ac are very old

They are 4 star property but they don't have enough extra bed. I had to sleep on floor. They didn't served food which was written in night menu. They don't have good quality staff which should be there in 4 star property. Room ac was not proper.

I booked double bed room. Property needs thorough renovation. I requested to change my room due to noise from Highway side, but another room offered was very dirty. Room service is ok. Breakfast was not delicious. सिवाइयां खीर was not served hot. Plain dosa was not available. Overall experience was bad. Not value for money. Avoid this property.

It was good experience but the service was slow. There were some missing things in the room. Although they provided it all on the demand but it should hove been there from the beginning. I liked the breakfast packing in the morning.

The property is on the main road beside the bridge easy to locate however not much on the view. Food and service at marigold restaurant was palatable made to our taste on special request to son-am and suryaprakash. I would like to compliment them both for making my family feel warm and at home.

Hotel is not wheelchair friendly, we had to face problem with the wheelchair. I found facilities in the room as well were not well furnished, i have seen better furnishing in cheaper hotels than this. Food was normal, not as per my expectation.

This is not a four star hotel. Hygine is not maintained. Rooms were not clean. Housekeeping service delayed. I asked for water bottle & staff took 20 minutes to deliver in room. We reached at 2:30pm at hotel still room was not ready. After 30 minutes we went in room & basic toliterties was not available in washroom & room was not hygiene. Food quality is not good. I will not recommend this hotel. It's not four star hotel even not 3 star hotel

Hotel is situated on main haridwar rishikesh highway. Food quality and taste was superb. Prompt service.
