It was good Parking space Cleanness Helpfull staff, one problem was they do not provide dinner after 10pm. Breakfast time is 10am max. For food you have to inform them in advance. I asked for dinner at 10:30 they denied. They were helpful about your kids milk amd putting your food stuff in fridge.

Nice hotel to stay in Haridwar with family. Room & bathroom was pretty clean. NIce house keeping staff. Restaurant food is good and tasty. Room with food package is better. No negative reviews / experience with this hotel. Vehicle required to go to Ganga Aarti side.

Very nice rooms with good rates. It was a great stay. Wanted to add that service was very slow but otherwise it was nice. Service could have been better. The rooms were clean. Basic things were available. The food at its own restaurant was not so great. But rooms very nice work th good rates. Hence, satisfied.

Best value and great home like food, we stayed for 3 nights it was family trip after sooo long time and after deliberation selected Hotel Urmi... When entered found positive vibes and staff were very cooperative. Reception was attentive and cared alot... Kitchen served just like mom handmade food

The hotel is very good ,Room is specious, clean bathroom, elevator They give breakfast very early morning on request though not full breakfast but bread butter jam, tea & milk like.Location is tricky little bit.very nearby Jain Derashar.

The rooms are good and spacious with all the amenities one need. I had breakfast in the hotel, which is very good and tasty. The service is also excellent. I was not able to spend much time at hotel due to my busy tour schedule but I had an excellent experience for the time I stayed there.

I am visiting the Urmi since 8 yrs and this hotel is like a home away home . Always 10/10 , best in stay , yummy food and safety too . Room size and hygiene is top . Staff is co operative , we will prefer to stay at this hotel in future n would like to suggest to all friends and relatives .
