it was a very good experience! the position is super central and the view was amazing and also the food at the restaurant and the breakfast a lot of options! and also the all the personnel was super kind! unfortunately we stayed just one night!

We had a very short stay only, but felt a very warm welcoming through the whole staff. Everybody was very friendly and so helpful to make the most out of our short stay. Mr. Negy and Mr. Ajit helped to organize everything for our group and were very open to every question we had. The rooms and restrooms were very comfortable, beautiful, so cosy and clean, such a beautiful heritage Hotel in the holy place Haridwar. The location also was perfect, very close to the river Ganges and the bazaar. The way to the public, very crowded evening Aarti was so well organized, we all felt very safe in all situations. Amazing hospitality by Ganga Lahiri , Haridwar. Everything was taken care of, from making plain moong dal for the baby till getting us a special bajra khichdi meal. Suraj was amazing in serving all our dietary choices and recommended just the dishes we needed. Krishna ji helped facilitate the evening Aarti, which was a blessed experience in itself! Amazing location, right in the heart of everything in Haridwar. Excellent location for the famous Arti. Very handy to enjoy a dip in the holi river and get changed in your room Really enjoyed the wonderful vegetarian food at breakfast and really looked after by the staff. Had an excellent evening celebrating the Lohri festival and with staff and other guests.

This place is a gem ***** the banks of the Ganga in Haridwar. It has the perfect location - right next to Har ki pauri, and an amazing view. But the best thing is the fantastic service. Each and every one of the staff goes the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as they can. The staff I would say rivals any 5-star hotel ive been to across the world. Special callout to chef Hardev and his team for a simple but yummy dinner and breakfast and also for going the extra mile to serve us a great breakfast even though we missed the breakfast timings by 45 minutes as we got stuck in the rituals at the ghat. Would surely recommend and come again.
