Worst experience in my entire life, rooms are so stinky, bedsheet is so dirty after telling them many times no one bother to change it, staff are so unprofessional and lastly but not least owner lady was so rude and pathetic. Uploaded pictures are scam. I'll suggest not to even visit to this hotel.

Reasobly clean hotel and spacious room. Staff at the front desk was very helpful. Food prices are high, i.e. a cup of Tea costs ₹60/-. Rooms have no view at all. Approach is extremely narrow and surrounding are very old city lane type. While appraching the hotel our expectations were very low, but we were pleasantly surprised with the room size, cleaniness of the place and helpful staff.

Excellent place.. we have been staying there for more than 2 decades. So much so that it has become synonymous to Haridwar. We cant think of staying anywhere else. However, to keep up the momentum, I suggest that the basic upkeeps be done such as Cable TV was not working.. Utilities such as toothpaste/ razors be provided etc etc

Hotel is nothing like what you see in picture. Vehicle can go only about a mile close to hotel. Walk to and Drag your bags to a location through the very busy street hard to walk. We paid for 4 rooms but after going to room nobody wanted to stay and take chance getting diseases. What a filthy bed, walls were broken, nonhygienic rooms. They stole our money. We preferred to lose money and going to better hotel last minute. Do not trust rating and tripadvisor.

The food was very tasty, staff was helpful. Mr Rahul was really very humble and helpful. The rooms were good, clean, with uniterrupted hot water. I recommend this place to all looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Haridwar.

It may seem as a nice hotel based on other reviews, but honestly, it is not that great. It has spacious rooms, clean bathroom/Toilet, but what not great is, dirty linens, broken lights, broken TV units, dead intercom, negligible room service, broken wardrobe, low water stream in taps and showers, ***** with torn out mattresses. They charge you almost double the M.R.P on the product purchased from them and also deny change money(if any) when you pay at the time of check out. They just round off the amount (obviously, up) based on their convenience thinking ‘It is a small amount, it doesn’t matter’, but it is wrong. Also, they don’t provide you with the receipt of the same. I also have videos depicting useless shower and broken lights, but couldn’t upload it.

I had an excellent time here with the family! The food was fantastic, and the staff was exceedingly helpful. The rooms were in great shape as they were clean, and the hot water worked well! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Haridwar!

Amazing experience of luxury at very affordable price with an excellent location. Best part about this property is it’s location, it’s right at the center of main market. Very welcoming staff with all possible services. Overall I would rate this property 10/10.
