Location of the hotel is very good. Ambience of the hotel was below average. Room service was also poor. Essential things like paper napkins even in the toilets not provided despite requested

overall memorable stay with my 75 year old mother and 12 year boy! 3 generation enjoyed at the best

I am again telling that the images shown are misleading. We saw a large bed and a good size room. But the room was hardly enough to walk. No cupboard for keeping clothes. No kettle for warm water. Pls don't show misleading pictures again i am telling.

This hotel is exactly opposite of har ki pauri. Because of this to reach the hotel needs to get one e-rickshaw. This is the only problem i feel. The hotel staff are polite and the room service is good. Overall my experience staying at this hotel is good.

Well to my surprise, the rooms were exactly same as in the picture. It was very neat and clean. I had a nice stay at this hotel as it is adjacent to ganga ghat. Overall service and food is also satisfactory.
