A Disastrous Stay at Hotel Ganga Heights - Beware! I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Hotel Ganga Heights compels me to warn others. We booked the Nadidevi Ganga View Suite, expecting a luxurious stay. However, the reality was shockingly different. False Advertising: The so-called "suite" was laughably small, possibly the tiniest room I've ever seen in any hotel. The pictures online and sent are grossly misleading and morphed. Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues: Upon arrival, we were greeted by unclean rooms and a foul-smelling bathroom. To our horror, we found white ants in the cupboard, a serious concern for anyone who are expecting clean and hygienic place, Health Hazard: Just an hour into our stay, the hotel began a painting renovation without prior notice. Workers were removing paint and it was flying all over the hotel and collected in the lobby and stairs, outside the lift. The air was thick with dust and the overpowering smell of solvent-based paint, which is not only unpleasant but also a health hazard. This caused significant discomfort, particularly to a family member with health sensitivities. Customer Service Failure: The hotel's response to our grievances was appalling. The manager was rude and dismissive, and our complaints were met with indifference. Sushant Singh, another staff member, was equally unhelpful. Our request for a refund due to these unacceptable conditions was flatly refused. Communication Issues: Further, my attempts to address these issues through email were ignored, showing a lack of basic customer service and respect. Conclusion: This hotel is a complete misrepresentation and a health hazard. I strongly advise against staying here. For those looking for alternatives in the area, Nadidevi Hotel and Hotel Trimurti very closely are far superior choices. Suite is tiniest and smaller than the smallest hotel room you have ever experienced or imagined. Rooms are unclean. There are white ants colonies in the cupboard as per attached photograph. PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL Safety This hotel is hazardous to health and safety hazard as maintenance and painting is being done in the hotel when the hotel is occupied and there is lot of debris dust flying around with the smell of toxic paint.

We stayed for 2 nights . Very nice close to walking distance from ghat. Only issue was parking was not part of the hotel it was some other parking where my family had to park . All the shops were close by . Staff helped giving us the details of which restaurant were good food that was plus.

Booked through MMT Booking ID : NH23098205622692 About to check in today 16th April 2022 with family We left home at 2am from Mumbai and reached at hotel Ganga Heights at 11am And the first comment we hit by owner of hotel Ganga Heights is "Do you have a common sense" why you booked queen bed we don't have space in room for 3 Adults I have one small question to Hotel owner Why he added inventory for extra adult in room if his hotel don't have room space He can just update to maximum 2 Adults if his hotel rooms are small He should add only 2 Adults as maximum inventory on channel manager or OTA extranet if his hotel rooms are so small enough to occupy only 2 Adults On the other end he is bombarding on us only That's very unprofessional behaviour and ridiculous, we are so tied and hungry after a long journey and we got such reply and Non admission during check in. Secondly we request that will keep luggage and munch something near by since we are very hungry and tied and wants to have lunch Hotel owner replied no you can keep luggage here *** Its the Big NO NO for such hotels who don't understand hospitality business We are so hurt with non sense words and obsolescence behaviour by hotel staff.
