Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on demand. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says "guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries". Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking.
Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

Hotel is very good well manared educated Staff Very polite and respectful Ambience is good, even after checking out,in evening my train was late and I had spent my 3 long hours in reception lobby with cool comfort, Good value for money I would like to stay on my next trip

Hotel is easily accessible by road. Best in class room with ample space. Room cleanliness and hygiene was very good. Hotel staff was very courteous to welcome us. Good parking space for own vehicle. Breakfast was also very good with variety of options.

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable. it made my trip truly memorable Rooms were decent. Washroom also clean. Service was excellent, the staff and the manager were very helpful and polite. The food was decent too,

"The property is below average. The rooms are quite small, but the bathroom size is extremely cramped—there's hardly enough space to stand properly. The blankets and the washroom bucket were in a very unhygienic condition. I will share pictures to justify my review.... The reception staff is highly unprofessional—no smile, no welcome drink, and not even a glass of water offered at the time of check-in. It was very disappointing to experience such an unwelcome attitude from the staff... The property is located inside the railway station, and the constant noise of train horns and station announcements disturbed my sleep. On a positive note, the restaurant food and staff were good. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone, as there are many other better options available in Haridwar at this price point

One of the finest hotels in Haridwar, located near the railway station, offering a clean and refreshing environment. The rooms are spotless, with exceptionally clean bedsheets and towels. The hotel exudes a pleasant aroma, and the staff is extremely polite, ensuring a delightful stay.

Allover services is very excellent.Staff is very friendly and co-operate in all respect.Room service is very good .Room is clean.Reception staffs is very friendly Service boys behaviour is very nice in all respect.Outside view is also wonderful.Vehicle parking is safe and vast place. Staff Namely Mr.Trilok is very good *** and behaviour and cooperation is excellent
