Once again, I visited Amatra with my family this month. I wasnt sure whether the place would be as maintained as it was during my last visit. I must say that the property was still as beautiful as it was earlier. The food was nice, lawns were well maintained, staff was courteous and Ganga Ji was as vibrant as ever :-) My special note of thanks to Mr. Santosh for personally ensuring that my parents were comfortable. He was actively involved with all the departments and his team. Rashmi & Pankaj in the restaurant were very attentive and made sure we got the food of our choice and as per our special requirements. We look forward to visit Haridwar again and once again enjoy the hospitality and serene stay at Amatra.

Overall great stay.. staff was well behaved specially Mr Abhishek & Mr Nikhil were very supportive. We had great fun and the location is near the river Ganga and we also attended Ganga Aarti in the evening. Food was very delicious and they have a bar and kids play area also where kids can enjoy

This property is located at the bank of River Ganga . Amazing experience at this location,having possitive vibes. The villa & the staff of Amatra is superb & professionally sound . #Abhishek. Good luck . We ll definitely recommend & visit this place again

Excellent resort. Staff is very well trained, efficient,polite . The lawns and rooms are well maintained. The access to the Ganga just outside the lawn is an unique experience. Food was fresh and well cooked. The approach to the property from the highway is through a village ...but it is well marked.

Amatra by Ganges is an excellent resort. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and respectful. The general manager Mr. Santosh Lalwani is very positive and aptly positioned. The resort has a very calm and serene feel. It was a rejuvenating stay for two days. They also have an aarti in the evening next to the banks of Ganges. Lots of activities for children and adults alike. The food is scrumptious, and the buffet has a variety of things to offer. The chef is excellent.

Excellent property, with a stunning and a peaceful views of Ganges,Rooms are spacious , well equipped and with a personal lawn , staff is very courteous and helpful and eager to help in all ways.( Spl mention of Rashmi )Amntra has lots of activities a pool ,lots of outdoor games like badminton and cricket and indoor games.Food is just scrumptious and staff serves it with lots of care . We celebrated international yoga day with an excellent session of yoga. I would like to specially mention Mr Santosh lalwani The MD there he personally looked after us and ensured that we are comfortable.

I wish to express my happiness for the splendid time I spent with my family while staying at Amatra. It was a special occasion for us( Wife's birthday) and we were looking for a property which suits our taste and gives us the much needed relaxation from our daily lives. I am glad we chose 'Amatra by the Ganges' which turned out to be one of the finest properties I have stayed at providing ambundance of everything one looks for. Having served in the hospitality industry, the challenges to delight a customer can be endless but I am amazed with the warmth and professionalism with which every employee conducted themselves. The beautiful ambience, quality food, In house Ganga Aarti, and the hospitality were top notch. This property is highly recommended if you are looking for a perfect getaway from your daily life's hustle. Honorary mentions: Mr. Lalwani- Our conversations were refreshing.
