services which they had indicating the portal are not matching with actual. Services offered are very poor and very late even served after .30 to .45 minutes when I asked for cool water. Even glasses are not provided in the room. When asked , provided after .30 minutes. Asked for shampoo in the bathroom. when provided only soap cake . I argued for same but they never provided shampoo. There breakfast is horrible. I stayed number of times but there standerd has been reduced

verry terrible experience we have seen in this hotel... khali dikhane me photo acha hai baki sab bakwas.. they are not proper staff. infraa poora tuta huabasin kharab toilet not proper. our even stadf to rtna ghatiya ki pucho mat... hotel ke nam pe dhabba tha

Unhygienic.
Cockroaches crawling on the bed, floors, washroom and tables.
On requesting room change, the staff won't respond.

3rd class service from hotel. Fraud staff. Looted 6k guest amount. Asked CCTV footage from 3 days, not given any footage. 3rd class response from GM itself on service issues. 24 hours no water in rooms. GM wil not lift phone call regarding service issues, hotel owner itself came for asking service issues, owner itself given service. Rude staff. Our tour manager got vulger words from staff as well as they hit to our tour manager. All were recorded. I m sharing my worst experience with my all India travel agencies. Don't go with this hotel. Anyone contact us on my comment. Be aware.

Staff is not cooperative at all.No amenities were provided even after asking from them several times they didn't provided any of the items.Bathroom light was not working and even after complaining that thing was not resolved at all.Damping smell was coming from room and even property was not maintained at all

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the dinner menu was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that I felt welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend!"

Hotel grand Shiva is a good hotel in budget for couple and family They Gave a tasty food clean AMD neat rooms staff was very well trained 24 *7 power backup and I love the taste off food .its a familiar environment And special thanks to suraj who made my stay memorable
