Hometel Roorkee

1) Some way out from Roorkee but probably the best near Roorkee 2) Staff in dining area is good 3) Requests for certain things to be done in room were not done 4) Room layouts were not uniform even in same corridor (we have 2 same type rooms) - one room didn’t have a chair nor a safe. Safe in the other room wasn’t functional 5) Mini-fridges in neither was functional and didn’t become functional even after telling 6) TV / network provider subscription had expired 7) Bathroom - water leaked out of shower area in one of them 8) Hand towels were missing initially

Everything was very good, Specially Ms. Nikita who is attending guest with smiling face, Guiding guest properly and prompt response any questions. Food quality was good, just to add on kindly keep room service charge same as that of dining rates as single person get board to eat dinner as single individual. Also provide bar services at MRP costs are to high currently.

The experience and dining was great. The service was amazing including house keeping service. They listen to any complaint or any requirement fulfilment. Hence we can conclude that the experience was amazing in Roorkee. Thankyou for having me.

Perfect except it is a bit out of town but the food and service makes up for it. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great stay! Delicious food and excellent service. A special mention goes to Ayush at the front desk. He was incredibly professional yet approachable, making our check-in smooth and enjoyable. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference in our experience.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great. Thanks to ayush to give good services.
