It might look good from outside but all was not well during my stay. I expect when I check in at a decent hotel, towel-toiletries, and other items should be there which make my stay comfortable. After check-in, I had to go to reception multiple times for basic stuff…linen was not clean… When asked for a towel, they did provide 1 towel for 3 people…. Reason- cause it was not dry.. #faceplam there was some sort of bad smell in the room and don't let me start with the bathroom. I have attached pictures- the bucket & mug- are damn dirty. sulabh sauchalay mug could be cleaner I assume... Also, the geyser is there but you have to let the owner know in advance that you are going to use this so that he can switch it on. Lift is there though, unlike many hotels. It also has an In-house restaurant and it was good

Everything at this property is very best be it food, service and facilities. Food i will rate one of the best we have since many days. Chef did it really well. My attender himanshu was very polite, welcoming and he ensure that we enjoy and get everything we need.

Good peaceful location. Around 14km from hear ki podi. Room size is very good. Can do better to overall room cleanliness. Expect a bit more from hotel which radisson blu previously.
