Au départ *****ité mensongère (climatisation....) il n'y en a pas la chambre est un four, la poignée de porte est démolie (ne fonctionne plus) le robinet du lavabo pisse de biais, la pomme de douche efficace est trop grosse pour une cabine qui au demeurant n'est plus aux normes d'un établissement recevant du public, la hauteur de l'accès à la douche estd e 20 cm. Ce n'est pas fini. Dans le chambre la tablette de lit coté penderie a été remplacée par un morceau de bois comprimé (on le voit sur le tranche... très élégant. Enfin c'ets bruyant, mais la cerise sur le gâteau arrive: On vous bassine pour prendre votre petit déjeuner à l'hotel pour 8,50 €par personne, déjà il faut attendre 20 minutes car la salle est toute petite, et la qualité de la prestation indigne des croissants et pains au chocolat encore moins beaux et bons que ceux de Lidl (0.39 ct la pièce). Pas de charcuteries, un fromage vaguement ressemblant à du gruyère mais insipide. Enfin un parkin overbooké (qui donc n'est en suffisant pour la capacité de l'Hotel. Conclusion: un formule 1 quasiment au prix d'un IBIS. On ne m'y reprendra plus, il faut fuir cette châine dont le seul objectif est de vous faire cracher votre pognon, la qualité et le service... INEXSISTANT...

Ex hotel Campanile , this hotel is located just next to a commercial area, (no genes) easy access , parking in front of the rooms. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

I arrived late at night (around midnight) and the parking was full, not because of all of the cars, but because of all of the trucks and lorries occupying several parking spaces at once. I stayed in one of the renovated cabrio rooms. Incredibly small, you can't even fit a cabin bag inside the room and walk at the same time. Plenty of mosquitoes splattered across the wall, because, well, the place is full of mosquitoes. No real bedsheets but rather a fitted sheet below the duvet directly on top of the mattress (not smooth but also thin so you can see the mattress below and also feel the friction on your skin). Really bad tobacco/old/not fresh smell that, in combination with the rest, did not allow me to sleep at all. When I managed to fall asleep, was woken up by very intense coughing and music. I later found out that it was coming from the breakfast area, and the coughing person was the receptionist. From there, other team members arrived, I guess the cleaning team. They were all shouting and talking to each other for ages at reception, which could be heard throughout the building, so there goes my attempt to sleep some more before hitting the road. I tried to sleep for 2h before checking out, but had somebody knocking on my door, and I yelled I was in, she still opened the door until she saw me in bed and left. I paid 40eur including breakfast. Breakfast is a piece of bread with butter and marmalade and instant coffee. I have stayed in campsites that charge 1/4 of that price which were quieter and more comfortable than this, so I will be sure to never try any other of these hotels in the future, as it is a complete waste of money unfortunately.

We were a group of friends and we arrived at the hotel completely swept - we, but also all our stuff in our bags - after a day of walking. The rooms were very clean and with a large bed. The breakfast (with a camembert sauce we eat) and breakfast were generous and the service was always pleasant. Thank you all the staff.

This hotel is was an absolute catastrophe! After check-in we went to our allocated hotel room only to discover a horrible smell and in general just a disgusting room; the bedsheet was covered with stains, a horrible smell (this was not only in the hotel room) and mold in the bedroom and toilet area. We had paid for 3 nights and 6 times breakfast, and according to booking.com app if was possible to cancel the booking before 18:00. We went down to the receptionist (at 17:30) after we had stayed for around 30 minutes in the room and said, that we wanted a refund due to the room being disgusting and looking nothing like the pictures. The receptionist told us to use the refund button in the app so they could refund us, but as soon as we pushed the refund button, we (apparently) disappeared from their system and a refund was no longer possible. Then we contacted the manager at the hotel. According to the manager a refund of any sort was NOT possible. Since the manager only knew French and was not willing to help with our situation at all we contacted Booking.com. Nearly a month after the incident we were refunded for 2 nights and 6 times breakfast, leaving us paying around 100 euros for staying 30 minutes in the hotel room AND according to Booking.com the hotel had charge an extra amount (around 50 euro) more than they should. However, this we can not verify ourselves due to the hotel being unable to print our receipt. For obvious reasons we did request a receipt but that was NOT possible. Anyhow, several weeks later and after spending numerous hours on the telephone we were compensated for about 70% of the charged amount.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was good. The receptionist was very nice and humble and answers all your questions calmly. The room is clean and tidy when you enter. Good service and stay for less price.

The room we had was not really terrible: a maximum of furniture in a minimum of space to say there is a desk, but the room was very good. The board is ... but it is impossible to turn the bed. This may explain the low level of cleanliness ... Sleeps on the moquette and chairs, a bit of bread and I pass. The kitchenette has not been changed since the last century! The shower door does not pass properly (it would deserve to be seriously re-established before it is no longer possible to use). The bathroom is dressed with hair and hair, the toilet bath in a orange juice, not very hygienic all this but we apply the health instructions well !!! Thankfully the staff is pleasant, welcome and smile ! Despite this only positive point, we are not ready to put our feet back on it.

The hotel is located on a large street passing by the tram right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff very welcome. The room was perfect, the comfortable litter with many takes including usb. There is also a table with the necessary to make tea, we enjoyed. The hotel has a very good breakfast, very well decorated and very comfortable rooms. We will be happy to return to the hotel during a next screening competition, ideally located in the Haver screen.
