After two chilly days on the coast further north, Brookings was a breath of warm air, and there can't have been a nicer place to stay than our beachfront room. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room with its ocean view was comfortable, and the beach and its piles of driftwood — beautiful! So glad we found this inn, which will be the first place we consider on our next trip to Brookings.

Great views, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms. Visiting during the week, it was quiet and peaceful. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, lots of drift wood, beautiful rocks, found several star fish in the shore.

Drop dead gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. Spa-like room, with crisp cotton sheets, thick fluffy towels, wonderful shower. Everything spotless. Well above average breakfast included. Friendly staff who wanted to please. I absolutely loved this place. The photo below was taken on a cold miserable day in early march but even so, being able to hear the waves and walk on the sand was wonderful. I can only imagine how amazing it would be with some sunshine:) I will be back for sure!

The hotel was exactly as pictured online, we had a great stay. The front desk staff was super helpful during check-in and provided a number of great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The room was great and we enjoyed the balcony. We would definitely stary here again.

So this is a pet friendly hotel right on the beach. Room was nice though a bit dusty. We had ocean front room but seriously ocean view is probably just as good since they all set pretty much on the beach. It is a rock beach with some really nice jasper and Oregon jade. It’s a driftwood filled area so it can be a bit difficult to navigate. Weather was gorgeous.

The rooms and views are beautiful. The sound of the waves rolling in all night was AMAZING! Every staff member we encountered was kind and gracious. Breakfast was good and well stocked, thanks to Trinity. Wish we had been able to spend more than one night, and made use of the pool and gym. When (not if) we go back to the area, this will be our hotel of choice+

Beautiful location, friendly staff, but the stay was ruined by bad dog smell in the room and a broken mattress on the sofa. Plus, stained sheets. They provided a rollaway bed to replace the mattress but it was just as bad - not suitable for anyone except maybe a small child. We had to put two mattresses over each other and our teenager still slept horribly bad. On a positive side, they had a decent breakfast included in the stay and a hot tub. Pool was much too cold to use in July and pool towels were tiny.
