Excellent location. Everything's within walking distance: Zhongyang Street (Zhongyangdajie), Sophia's Square, Songhua River sightseeing spot... The room is comfortable. You have free a kettle, fridge, free bottle water, and a small welcoming basket of fruit. Overall good service. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here many times, and it is still a five-star review! The hotel is decorated really well, with a strong sense of design. Every time I stay, I revisit the scenery. It is a very luxurious European-style hotel in Harbin. The front desk was very enthusiastic when checking in, and was very concerned about our situation. I had a cold at the time, and they sent us hot ginger sugar water, which was very heartwarming. They also arranged a room on a high floor. The night view of Harbin is very beautiful! Other aspects such as facilities, hygiene, environment, and service are as satisfactory as always!

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. The street the hotel is on is a little dilapidated (at least in late April) but has its own charm. My room was comfortable and a good size for a solo traveler. The buffet breakfast was big and the selections changed a but every day. I was there during the Labour holiday do there were many guests, and the staff replenished the different dishes often. I didn't use the laundry room but I took a look... Currently only one washing machine is in service. The finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall, the service at Harbin Shangri-La is good. The only thing to criticize here is the front desk staff wearing black uniforms who checked in at noon on the 17th! I had made a reservation for a quiet room, but when I went upstairs, I discovered it was a connecting room! Why give a non-standard room with worse soundproofing than a normal room without prior consent from the guest? For this reason, I spent 30 minutes to change rooms! (I would like to commend the female staff member who helped me move up and downstairs twice and ran in with a birthday cake to rearrange my room.) After a long journey, I wanted to go to a hotel to rest, but I still had to worry about such a simple thing! Compared with the enthusiastic service attitude of employees in other departments, the service at this front desk is very stiff. It is recommended to focus on retraining! I would also like to commend the concierge who was responsible for loading and unloading luggage and the female staff in the executive lounge who were responsible for reception on the morning of the 18th, the aunt who was responsible for cleaning on the 17th on the luxury loft floor, and the boys who were responsible for the omelette area in the breakfast room on the first floor. The staff (he cooks porridge and omelette by himself, and is responsible for a large area) are very dedicated, enthusiastic and courteous! Special praise for the birthday cake given by the western restaurant. The packaging and materials are very good, especially the cream part. Compared with the cake given by Changchun Shangri-La where I stayed the next day, the taste and ingredients are a little inferior.

Huge room. Wonderful. The location is perfect, its off the Main Street so you don't get the noise but its a 5 min walk to the main shopping / tourist street. A 10 min walk to the park where you can access the cable car. Really the location is great. 24hour store opposite also, so really useful if you want to keep warm in the room and eat snacks. Speaking of warmth, the room we had was a little cold, but we didn't notice the heater in the room, but once we did, everything is fine. The place is clean and the service staff are friendly - although we didn't need to use them a lot, they always seemed keen. The reason facilities is not 5/5 is just due to the fact there was no breakfast, but as there are stores always nearby and the Main Street is super close, it really doesn't matter. It's a really nice place and especially for the money, its superb value. Would stay again - very easy decision.

Very beautiful hotel with amazing view on the river. Very wide choice for breakfast both Chinese and Western style. Only thing to improve was room service since food was not very good and was delivered in plastic boxes, but it was also the first day of the year, so it might be possible that this is the reason.

Next to Wanda, shopping and dining are very convenient! It’s great to have a humidifier in the room, which effectively alleviates the dry indoor environment! Andy, the guest relations director, called us the day before check-in to discuss check-in requirements and arranged a non-smoking room. The hotel has a buffet dinner on weekends, and I didn't expect the price to be very good! The grilled lamb chops are great, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, because I like grilled meat that is charred on the outside. There are plenty of drinks, hot and cold dishes! Lucy and all the service staff are very warm and considerate! It is rare to have such a rich and well-priced buffet dinner in a hotel! I have stayed at Sofitel in Kazakhstan many times. This time I came to Kazakhstan for many days. Because it is convenient to stay in three different hotels for business, Sofitel’s in-room dining service is a good choice! The service here is getting better and better!

Staff were as friendly & helpful as one would expect at an Atour - even when working over Spring Festival. A major reason I often choose this brand. I had an issue with heating in my room on the first night, but was moved to another as soon as I mentioned it. Once in my 2nd room, heating was no issue. Especially appreciated when it was -32c outside. There isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the metro station is nearby and Snow & Ice World easily accessible from there. There's also a few shops & restaurants nearby, which is handy.

Very good, breakfast is also good. The price is also favorable. The service attitude is very good. Health can be planned in time. The spare parts are put in time. It is very convenient to order on Ctrip. .
