Harbin Pingfang District 3-star Hotels

I booked a special hotel on Ctrip. I stayed near the school for the college upgrade exam. The hotel environment is very nice. It is the kind of hotel that can host wedding banquets. I stayed for two days and caught up with a wave of weddings. The auditorium is also very good. Beautiful, the staff will rehe**** in advance, the air conditioning in the room is not working well on the first night, call the front desk, the lady upgraded the room for free, overall very satisfied

It is a three-story single-family building with a decent facade and is relatively easy to find. There is also a parking space in front of the door (free), first come, first served. The lighting in the lobby is warm, and it is indeed a newly renovated store with a strong modern and luxurious atmosphere. The front desk staff's service is acceptable and they are proactive in giving reminders. After taking the elevator to reach the floor, I took a long journey due to unclear signage, but luckily I finally found the room. Because the room is relatively far back, you need to turn once more in the normal left and right direction. Entering the room, there was a strong smell of disinfectant. It was obvious that it had been disinfected, but it did not dissipate in time. The room contains an intelligent voice system, which is relatively new, but it still lacks consideration. After turning off the lights, the case is bright, which is not suitable for some people with severe sleep disorders. In addition, the indicator light under the TV is bright enough. One night, it really affects the quality of sleep The toilet seat cover in the bathroom is loose and needs to be reinforced, otherwise it will affect the use of guests and consume the service life of the hardware. The position of the storage box of the sink is not user-friendly. In order to separate wet and dry parts, the compact position makes it awkward to place cups and other items. You can consider fixing it on some walls to save space, which is convenient for customers to use, and also Avoid equipment damage It’s not a soundproof door, the effect is average Breakfast is amazing, very good, unexpected There are obvious missing signs throughout the hotel, such as ”beware of steps” on the stairs, ”sliding and pulling” of bathroom doors, hot and cold water signs, be careful of slippery floors, etc. It is recommended to improve them Hygiene still needs to be improved!

The hotel business is so good, it's often full, and room prices have increased dramatically. The special room is on the first floor below ground level. When booking a room, be sure to check the floor. The rooms in the above 300-plus houses are very small. There is no room for a bed. Do not recommend this place

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fairfield by Marriott 😊 the room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Special thanks to kind and cheerful Amanda at the front desk, who helped us with our laundry and with buying items from vending machine. And special thanks to Dragon Tan who always greeted us kindly every morning at the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you very much for your hospitality!

The hotel was good. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. 5 ~10 minutes walking distance to everything downtown.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to Central Street and Sophia Church. Service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and responded very quickly. There was free minibar and also dessert every night. Free ice cream was a nice touch too. We were also given some gifts when we checked out which was very thoughtful. My son found the heated toilet seat helpful in the cold weather. Overall an excellent stay and we will stay there again if we return to Harbin. .

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The facilities were adequate, though an earlier breakfast would have been nice for ease of getting to other areas of the city early. We did not have the breakfast each day because of this, but when we did the selection was decent. The gym was delightful as the weather was cold for outside exercise. It's hours were suitable for early and later workouts (6:30am - 9:30pm). The room was a highlight as it was spacious, clean, quiet, and well maintained. It was warm enough for cold winter nights, and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Harbin. It is about 13 km from many of the main sights of Harbin, but that allows for some distance from the busyness in the festival times.

Holiday Inn is as always good value for money international hotel chain. I stayed here during the Spring Festival Holidays (**************), so did not find any restaurants open nearby. The staff was overwhelmed during morning breakfast hours due to lots of guests. Nonetheless they were hardworking and put in extra efforts to serve all the guests, well beyond the breakfast time. Appreciate their service attitude. A bad experience would be with the washing machine which wouldn't work without coins, which is quite weird as usually the self-service laundry is free or could be operated by QR code payments. I had already put the detergent on the clothes making them wet, only to be told that I had to wait until the next day morning as the front desk did not have coins, I had checkout in the morning.
