Facilities: The room is fully equipped, the mattress is very soft, hot water comes quickly, and everything is relatively complete Hygiene: The bathroom is clean, with all the details in place, clean and tidy. Environment: Excellent location and convenient transportation. Parking is convenient, with front and rear parking lots. Parking is free at the hotel, and the subway station is right outside the door. Very close to attractions. Service: Every staff member is very welcoming and makes people feel very comfortable. Especially the front desk manager, the lady with job number 7047 is very good at service. She speaks very softly and answers all questions. The service is great, and there are exquisite small gifts when you check in.

During this year's hot Spring Festival in Harbin, the price of this hotel's entry-level rooms is very affordable, the location is good and it's not expensive to take a taxi anywhere, and the decoration quality can barely reach a five-star level. However, the windowless special room type was too hot, and it was useless to turn off the air conditioner. It was over 30 degrees Celsius indoors, and there was no air conditioning. The children were sweating from the heat when they fell asleep on the first night. The front desk on duty that night agreed to apply with the leader to upgrade the room type or change it. The room was not comfortable after I asked for an electric fan, but I could still sleep. The next day, I didn’t receive any inquiries from the hotel about whether I needed to upgrade or change rooms. In fact, I didn’t plan to change rooms. After all, I moved around in one night. It's troublesome, but the hotel's careless work attitude is a bit disappointing. It's not easy for the service staff during the Chinese New Year, so I'd better give it a good review.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

Everything is very good!!! The concierge at the door was warm and polite and took the initiative to help us pick up the boxes and press the elevator to leave. He also helped us carry the boxes when we left. The service attitude was really hard to fault! The hotel front desk staff answered all questions and was very enthusiastic when we left. I was also given Russian chocolate, which was a great experience! ! The dessert table covers a long time, and there are all kinds of coffee, desserts and fruits. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the facilities are advanced and novel. All aspects of the hotel have been unanimously recognized by family and friends. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to Harbin. Awesome! !
