We had a pleasant staycation at Jinjue Hotel.We originally booked our accommodation for 5 nights but we loved it so much we extended it for another 3 nights. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, always giving the best service! Our room is really nice, especially with non smoking area. We had the city view room with window which is perfect for us. The location is very handy, accessible to what we need. Mostly walking distance. And the best part is, the buffet breakfast! we enjoyed the variety of local food. We want to thank the whole team for the excellent service they provided. Well done! Five star service!

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to both the high-speed train station and the subway. Upon check-in, our initial room had a noticeable odor. The front desk staff immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, which my child absolutely adored! Every staff member's service attitude was exceptional. Their warmth and helpfulness made me almost hesitant to mention any minor cleanliness imperfections! One particular short-haired lady stood out; her service was truly heartwarming, and she looked after us like family, even remembering our preferences and details. There's a supermarket, pharmacy, and mall conveniently located downstairs. What's even more incredible is that I ordered a pair of shoes after 11 PM, and they were delivered right to my room! Simply unbelievable! Traveling solo with a child, this level of convenience was absolutely invaluable!

The newly opened intercity hotel in Erbin West Station has a great environment and service👍As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a nice and light fragrance. The front desk is very responsible and enthusiastic. There are welcome fruits and small gifts. The takeaway food is also delivered in time. The room is clean and tidy without odor and the sound insulation is good👌The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. German sausages and pasta are recommended! In terms of location, it is a 5-minute walk from the West Station. It is very convenient to go to the Red Square in the West City and Wanda Metro. There is also a subway loop line to the city. The high-speed rail also gives a delayed check-out time in the afternoon. The staff helped to carry the luggage before leaving🧳In general, it is a very good experience, and it is very cost-effective in Huazhuhui Hotel! Recommend everyone to stay!

Service: I received a greeting call on the morning of the check-in day. Whether passing by the front desk or the public area, the front desk staff and the housekeepers were very polite. The staff training was good👍 and they also gave me souvenirs. The hotels I stayed in Luoyang, Kaifeng and other places before also had souvenirs, but they were all a bit confusing😂 so I didn't take it seriously when I first received it. I was really surprised when I opened the room after entering it. There were candy refrigerator magnets, earplugs and hand cream, which was a big plus👍 Facilities: The decoration style in the room is very good, very simple and clean. What surprised me most was the soft stickers on the corners of the sink and bedside table. They considered the details. They provided a humidifier and a smart toilet. There were also disposable toilet mats in the bathroom. They were very thoughtful. Environment: It is near the commercial area, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a school. If you come to take an exam, it is really close to choose here (breakfast is at the restaurant of Mou Feng on the 23rd floor. The dishes are good.

This time I went back to my hometown to worship my ancestors. I went to Liaoning first and stayed in two hotels in two days. I was not satisfied with both hotels. On the 5th, I hurried to Harbin and chose this newly opened hotel. I was amazed. First of all, the handsome guy who greeted me at the front desk had a very good attitude and provided patient and thoughtful service, which gave me a very good first impression of the hotel. After checking in and entering the room, I felt warm and relaxed, just like being at home. All facilities are stylish, user-friendly and reasonably laid out. The hotel's bedding is amazing. The pillows and mattresses are super comfortable. Lying on them is super relaxing and makes all the tiredness disappear instantly. After sleeping for ten full hours, I regained my full health. The breakfast the next morning was also very rich. It is worth mentioning that the hotel manager is very nice. Knowing that I had an injured hand, he asked handsome Xiao Yu to help me with my luggage and take me to the West Station. With such good service and quality, there is no reason not to stay here next time I come to Harbin. Come out of the East Exit of the West Station, you don't need to take a taxi back and forth, you can go directly to the hotel. Contact the staff in advance for guidance, it's very convenient! A good hotel worth staying in! !

Very satisfied~ and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is good~ The room is clean and tidy, the whole house is very smart, there is no other special smell in the house, and it is equipped with a smart washing machine, which is higher than the average hotel quality, and the front desk is also a small bar where you can order wine~ After drinking, go back to the room to sleep directly, it's so fairy~

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I liked the lift table in their room the most. It was very convenient for office use. The front desk receptionists Ross and Alice were very considerate and took the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and food. The guest rooms were very clean and the detail control was very satisfied! The gym is fully equipped. After exercising in the morning, I went to have breakfast. The hot porridge and steamed pastries were very appetizing and started a full day. The hotel is more than 10 minutes' walk from the Hasi Commercial Center. The location is excellent and recommended for business people.

This is a nice hotel close to several malls and a subway station. However, it wasn’t close to wear I ended up spending most of my time, so that was my own mistake. This hotel is able to receive foreigners, and will try to speak English with you if they can. The breakfast is mostly hot Chinese style, with some cold Western options like toast, cakes, cereal, and yogurt. There is also a coffee machine for you to make your own. If you are looking for other food options, as a solo traveller, the mall is probably your best nearby option, for individual portions, but there are other dishes style restaurants surrounding the restaurant to eat family style. There is also a cute little cleaning robot that will chat away in Chinese if it joins you in the elevator! 😆 I stayed on the 12th floor, and it was very hot in the winter with the standard central heating. (It made me wish I had packed summer pajamas.) I was told by a friend later the lower floors tend to be cooler in the winter months, so if you are sensitive to the heat when you sleep, you might want to consider that. The one thing I wished I had in the room was a flannel/washcloth. I tend to assume those are provided with the linens (and maybe they are if I had asked), but they aren’t normally in the room, it seems. Overall, good stay. Location was my issue, but if the situation was right, I would be happy to stay again.

Would be nice if there are laundry facilities like some of the other hotels in the same building. Close to Harbin West train station. Staff were very friendly, room is clean - the toilet flush is not strong but still worked fine. Nearer to the airport and avoids the city jam, good for a worry free quick transit to the airport. Central city jams can get really bad.
