Hotels in Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza, Harbin

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

The hotel is just one subway station away from the hIgh speed rail West Harbin Station making traveling around Harbin very convenient. Service is absolutely good at the front desk with ever caring and helping attitude.

We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect.

First of all, I fell in love with it after staying there once. The manager and waiter were very friendly and friendly. It’s better to say that I benefited from it than to say that it’s cost-effective. (I was given a larger room with a window for free~ There are free self-service lattes, American coffees and hot milk on the first floor~ Madiel popsicles are only half the price of those on Central Street~ Free fruit platters are provided in the room~ Free souvenirs were provided when I left~) These introductions are all voluntary, and they are really good. It’s worth a try. In addition: The room feels completely The facilities are fully equipped The automatic curtains are very cool There are many places to eat around The hotel facilities are also very good... and so on. Full marks!

As soon as you enter the door, you will feel a warm and bright atmosphere. The fragrance smells very good. The attitude of the staff from the front desk to the room service is very good. The front desk staff is very good and responds to any of our needs in a timely manner. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable. I will stay here next time I travel. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient

First of all, Atour is clean and the hotel bedding is comfortable. Secondly, the service attitude is good. Every service staff is very enthusiastic. The front desk is warm and welcoming. The hygienic lady carefully observes the items needed by the guests in the room. Because I see a Chinese doctor, I drink Chinese medicine every day. Fang Saohua specially added water to heat the Chinese medicine, which is very heartwarming. I will choose Atour next time.

The location is very convenient, the service was nice everyone was friendly and helpful. Got all the all the necessities but the only problem was with the mat/carpet I think it could be cleaner? Vacuum and stuff. Otherwise I recommend this hotel.

There are many parking spaces in the parking lot, and parking is free. The front desk service is considerate, and members can also help with free upgrades. The breakfast dishes are delicious and varied. The environment is also great, very beautiful environment, convenient location, and there are many places to eat around. The transportation is very convenient. Cui Meng's service is very good and patient. The hygiene is also very good, the room is large and comfortable. The breakfast tastes good, and everything is good. I come here every time to stay, it's still very good.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

The hotel has a really cosy vibe. They set up this amenities table at the front offering spectacles wipes, some toiletries free for guest to take. They also gave us apples on Christmas Eve when we checked in. 苹果 for 平安夜 🎄✨ it’s a pity our stay at this hotel was short. The rooms were very spacious and we had lovely room view overlooking the train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who is looking to stay outside of 中央大街. Do note the lift to their rooms is shared with other hotels brands in that area so it may take some time for the lift to arrive.
