It’s convenient location, to eat dinner, to see the museum. It’s near to the subway station of 博物馆, just 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast is good. There are many kinds of dishes, bread,sandwiches, salads and fruits. It’s good for foreigners

Excellent services, very helpful, provided details and guidance where and how take public transport,. Receptionist always answer my needs. Cleaning lady very friendly and breakfast lady helping me by preparing coffee for me whenever I needs. Receptionist allowed me late check-out without extra charge. Location hotel very convenient, close to Zhongyang Street, subway, shopping areas and close to morning food street. Highly recommended for those first time and travelling alone or family.

I really recomend this hotel for 1st timer in Harbin. The location is just infront of the famous street. I was really happy I booked this hotel. Whenever I need toilet I can just walk back to my hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The midnight snack staff was kind and bubbly I hope the hotel management increase her salary. She is a gem to the hotel. On the last night of our stay the hotel prepare some souvenir. TQ really like them ! Check in was smooth eventho the receptionist has zero english. Will stay here again.

Near Sophia Church, ZhongYang Street and Cable just 750m from hotel. In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

We booked a family suite and were very satisfied. First, the room was spacious enough so the two rooms didn't interfere with each other. The hotel's decor is new and sophisticated, and it's very smart. The air conditioning is precise and doesn't feel too strong. The showerhead is comfortable, with easy adjustment buttons. The curtains are completely blackout, and the doors and windows are super soundproof. I slept through the night for three days without hearing a sound, a feat I've never experienced in any other hotel. The service was excellent, and daily supplies were replenished promptly. Details were thoughtfully considered, like the heated towel rack, perfect for drying small items like underwear, and the ample charging ports for easy charging. The bedding was comfortable, with a great mattress and pillows. This hotel surpasses other similarly priced hotels in every way.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. The room is clean, spacious, remind me of my stay at Lexis Suites Penang, Malaysia. Our room at level 28, water presure is okay. The city view from the room is so nice, i enjoyed sip my nescafe while looking at the view. Beside the hotel got frozen river. Can have a walk there. We travel to other places using Didi. I can say the didi price is consider cheap compare to my country (grab). This is our first time experience -16 celcius temperature so we cant walk outside for too long. Everywhere is too cold. Maybe can improve on biddet. If possible pls add a biddet in your toilet. Also your coffee cup, maybe can change it to coffee glass instead a cup. A bit inconvience to use the cup as i need to refill hot water twice to drink my small nescafe sachet. Overall nice experience at harbin and the room meet our expectation. Absolutely if come again, we will stay here again.

Most people get off the airport bus and go to Ibis, but the Chuguo Hotel is another alternative. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Ibis. The facility itself is very clean. The room is a little smaller than the size indicated on the reservation site. First of all, the reception staff are really friendly. They help you until it is resolved as if it is their own business. They don't speak English, but they really try their best to translate it for you. I was really touched. Many reviews say that the elevator is slow, but there are only two in operation, and it may be a little congested during check-out time. But I didn't feel uncomfortable. They refill the amenities right away when they run out, but why don't they refill the toilet paper? When the previous guests used the toilet paper, If there wasn't much left, they would have put in new ones, I wouldn't have run out of toilet paper, But when I checked in, the shape was good, I just thought there would be a lot of toilet paper and used it, But the toilet paper ran out quickly. But they filled everything else, but they didn't fill the toilet paper even once until I checked out (3 nights). It was ironic. I bought toilet paper and used it. I went in July, and there was no refrigerator, So even though there was water and drinks in the room, I couldn't eat them. It wasn't cold. And even if I bought groceries at the convenience store, I couldn't put them in the refrigerator, So they got cold quickly, and this was really disappointing. Of course, if you ask for cold water at the reception, they'll give it to you. But having a refrigerator in the room and not having one are two different issues, especially in the summer. Other than that, the location is good and the facilities are good. It's easy to catch a taxi and it's close to Jungang University. I really liked it. And there's a convenience store nearby. If you find that watermelon ice cream, Please buy it and eat it. It's really delicious. Lastly, I'm attaching a picture of the bus stop in front of Ibis going to the airport. I'll also attach the timetable. But I don't think they follow the timetable very well. It seems like they just take everyone.
