Location of the hotel is almost perfect, close to ferry point to sun island, shopping area and subway station. Service is good and staffs are helpful. Free high tea is provided but don’t expect too much. Hotel is clean and room is spacious even the hotel exterior looks a bit old.

Because a hotel has arrived in a city, namely the ”Longmen VIP Building” hotel, which boasts over a century of history. As the legend goes, this building is steeped in history and rich in traces, worthy of exploration and learning, and truly well worth my special visit. A suggestion for the hotel: as a long-established and international establishment, it should provide coffee to guests who request it. Otherwise, I would consider such a good hotel to be compromising on service.

All staffs are so helpful and friendly especially Miss Gao is super good. We love the cleanliness of the hotel. The size of the room is good enough. Location is next to Zhongyang Street on 1 min walking. You can have unlimited afternoon tea when you stay here. Thats the bonus point! Breakfast are super delicious!

Excellent services, very helpful, provided details and guidance where and how take public transport,. Receptionist always answer my needs. Cleaning lady very friendly and breakfast lady helping me by preparing coffee for me whenever I needs. Receptionist allowed me late check-out without extra charge. Location hotel very convenient, close to Zhongyang Street, subway, shopping areas and close to morning food street. Highly recommended for those first time and travelling alone or family.

First I was bit disappointed because no one help us with our luggage and we arrived by past 14:00 but our room is not ready and need to wait for 1 hour, but its okay😊😊😊 I really love this hotel, the ambiance is good there is a free afternoon snacks at the lobby, you can also wash and dry your clothes, there is a lot of free gifts that the kids love, I having a hard time on operating the washing and there is a staff who immediately assist me, and also I try to call them on the phone, and they go to the room to assist me because I cannot understand chinese😂 they also lend us a toy so my baby will be busy playing, the breakfast also has a lot of choices, I hope I found this hotel soon, but glad to stay here on our last night in Harbin City, hoping to stay here soon, and also upon checking out they still have gift for us, and what I really love is they lend me a russian dress to took photo😍 I will make moments soon as soon as my photo release by the photographer and tag the hotel😍

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near key attractions and making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile, and they even provided breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was bright. The only drawback was that the bath towels had some stains, which could be improved.

It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season. Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility. As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave. Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.

The hotel is strategically located near Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang / Central Avenue, Harbin railway station, and Zhonglin Park. There are many shopping centers, restaurants, and attraction nearby. The hotel facility is modern and clean. Staff is polite and very helpful. It also has gym and laundry facility. A perfect choice for family during holiday.

I chose several hotels and finally chose this one with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn't expect that from the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the warm and professional reception from the front desk staff made me feel warm. The service details, facility experience, sanitary environment and geographical location are multi-dimensional, and the description combined with the specific stay experience can reflect the authenticity. The front desk lady is gentle, considerate and enthusiastic. I also like the dry and wet separation of the bathroom, the dust-free countertops, the bedding is clean and new, and the daily cleaning uses color-separated rags for partitioned operation. The location is at No. 13 Zhaolin Street, which is also very close to the railway station. If you come to Harbin for tourism, you can come to his house, which is very good 👍 I will go back next time hahahaha ❤️

Getting such a great hotel for just over 100 RMB is truly incredible value for money. I'm quite particular about my accommodation and always check the room before booking. I was genuinely surprised to find such a good room for that price. Since it wasn't peak season, they kindly upgraded my room type. My train was at 4 PM, and the hotel was flexible enough to let me check out as late as 3 PM. The location is great, just 1.5 km from Harbin Station, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Plus, there's a Qiulin Lidaosi Red Sausage store right downstairs! Overall, my trip here was fantastic.
