The facilities were excellent and very satisfying. The cleanliness was impeccable, absolutely fantastic. We absolutely loved the environment. As for the service, the front desk staff were wonderful, very enthusiastic and left us completely satisfied. The new manager, in particular, provided exceptional service; they were incredibly helpful when our child wasn't feeling well.

I booked this hotel because of its special style and the unusual accommodation experience. The front desk staff was very cold when checking in, and it felt like they were not well trained. The room was also a bit strange. There were only two bath towels in the triple room, no bath mat, the water flow system on the floor of the bathroom was blocked, and there were no bathroom shoes. The toilet door could not be closed, and it was very inconvenient to take a bath. The style of the hotel is very good, but it lacks maintenance and management. If it can be improved, the overall experience will be 60 points.

The room was ok. The facilities are very new. But the cleaning was too perfunctory. I haven't mopped the floor for two or three days and it still isn't clean. I don't know what the bathroom floor drain is and it hasn't been cleaned for two days. The front desk service attitude is OK, but the problem is not solved. We stayed there for four days in total. The phone was broken, the takeaway robot couldn't deliver the food we ordered, and the phone wouldn't be replaced. There is a sensor light on the tea table in the room. It lights up and down from time to time. I can't sleep at night. It's been 4 days and they haven't come to fix it. It’s busy during the Chinese New Year, so I try to be as understanding and considerate as possible! But it has not been resolved for four days, which is really a bit too much. It costs nearly nine hundred a day to live here, and I feel a little sorry for my money.

On a family trip, we booked two rooms and were very pleasantly surprised upon check-in; it truly exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the setting is beautiful. The entrance is unassuming, but once you step inside, you're greeted by a charming courtyard-style guesthouse with traditional Chinese decor. It felt very fresh, neat, and comfortable. Secondly, the rooms were peaceful and well-equipped. The service was excellent, and they provided plenty of complimentary purified water, which was perfect for someone who drinks a lot. Thirdly, the hotel boasts an excellent location near the Songhua River, making it very convenient for sightseeing. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, the drainage in the rooms was quite poor. Both the washbasin and the shower drained very slowly, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. Secondly, the guesthouse sign at the entrance was hard to find. It's located in a bustling area, making it difficult for taxi drivers to spot. A more prominent freestanding sign would be a great improvement. Overall, I highly recommend it with a five-star rating.

Staying at Atour Boutique Hotel (Harbin China Baroque Store) is great! The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the subway station and attractions, and it is very convenient to travel. The design of the room is very distinctive, the Chinese style is matched with modern facilities, warm and comfortable, and the children especially like it. The bed was very soft and slept very well. The hotel service is intimate, the front desk is very warm, and also helped recommend fun places around. The child had a great time here, lived very comfortably, and will choose here next time I come to Harbin!

It shows snacks, soft drinks, razors, etc., but there are none... The air conditioner is a bit loud, and the temperature adjustment is useless... When I returned to the hotel at night, I saw that the price on Ctrip dropped from 215 to 138, but it was actually The room was only 100 yuan, but the front desk refused to refund the money... The most unbearable thing was the breakfast, 38 yuan per person, but there were only boiled eggs, fried rice, steamed buns, pickled vegetables, porridge and soy milk. There were peanuts and cold meat dishes on the side, but we couldn't take them. The woman in the restaurant saw that we really didn't have anything to eat and served a small spoonful of peanuts. 8 yuan was the most. The 2 breakfasts that came with the room booking could not be refunded. I strongly requested the front desk to refund the additional breakfast for 1 person, otherwise I would lose a lot of money... Pictures speak louder than words... If you really want to stay here, don't expect too much, and don't take breakfast...

There is a small morning market downstairs in the morning, so it is very convenient to buy fruit.
