Hotel is located just 3 minutes walk away from Sophia Church, the room is very clean and has chinese version of google home and there is a laundry room in the basement. You can collect one bag of free gifts during check-in and one free iconic Matier ice cream (worth RMB5) per person each day from the lobby, saves you from queuing at the actual store and paying for it! My only complaint is that the room is too small to open two luggages, else everything is perfect!

Easy to get tour travel to Snow Town (in lobby hotel) 4. Free flow snack bar and hot tea Need to improve : 1. No air conditioner or heater room, the hotel only provide electric fan

Near Sophia Church, ZhongYang Street and Cable just 750m from hotel. In breakfast time i personaly thank you Ms Jenny 黄艳华 Manager for very caring us and so friendly as well as bring us the yogurt every morning, also i would like to say thank you to the FB Ms Air 刘金玲 for bring me the box to keep food for my wife. Also thank all team for very welcoming and support. Myself have good experience at hotel. Look forward to stay in next time.

Facilities: Complete Hygiene: Clean Environment: Excellent Service: The service staff ”Smile (WeChat nickname)” has a very good attitude Afternoon tea: The snacks are delicious, I didn't feel like eating more, haha Featured clothing check-in experience: I saw a lot of featured clothing, but I didn't experience it. This is my favorite hotel, with complete facilities and a beautiful environment, as if I were on a ship. I stay here every spring and winter, and it's so stress-free to live here. In the spring, it's full of greenery and river gulls, it's really beautiful. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and the ”Laodaowai” delicacies gather downstairs. Drink some wine and feel the taste of the market. It's also super close to the Internet celebrity Tiejiang Bridge and Chinese Baroque. You can also check in the old market on Saturday and Sunday mornings to experience the fun of Taobao.

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can. The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing. One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

The location was excellent, and the bathroom was well-equipped with a strong water supply. However, the floor heating system was inadequate, making the room quite cold. We had to wear sweaters to sleep. Although we noticed the issue on the first night, we only reported it to the staff on the second night. Friendly night staff promptly provided us with a portable heater, which was a kind gesture. Unfortunately, our stay was further marred by two unexpected electricity outages in our room on the second night. These incidents were alarming and disrupted our sleep and we both fell asleep in the morning only. To make matters worse, we were asked to vacate the room by 2 pm, which forced us to rush our morning and wait in the reception area for few hours before departing for the airport. Overall, our two-night stay was disappointing due to the heating issues, electricity outages, and rushed checkout experience.

Excellent services, very helpful, provided details and guidance where and how take public transport,. Receptionist always answer my needs. Cleaning lady very friendly and breakfast lady helping me by preparing coffee for me whenever I needs. Receptionist allowed me late check-out without extra charge. Location hotel very convenient, close to Zhongyang Street, subway, shopping areas and close to morning food street. Highly recommended for those first time and travelling alone or family.

The location is good, travel is very convenient, and the group purchase price is also very cost-effective. I recommend everyone to experience it! It is highly recommended. The room is clean and tidy without any odor. The decoration is simple and stylish. The hotel front desk service is enthusiastic. I absolutely loved my stay at YueFeng Hotel Harbin. The hotel is strategically located next to ZhongYang Train Station, within walking distance of ZhongYang Street, with a halal restaurant conveniently nearby. The staff were excellent as we were warmly welcomed with sweet local fruits and they kindly assisted us with our luggage. The shower in the bathroom was incredibly powerful, with excellent water pressure. A perfect hotel for travelers!

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.
