The location was the best part, right next to Harbin Sunac Land, which is incredibly convenient for those coming specifically to enjoy the park. No need to get up early to rush around, and no worries about not being able to get back late. The hotel was clean and hygienic overall, the rooms were spacious, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the bed was just the right firmness for a very comfortable sleep. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were warm and patient, the housekeeping staff were thorough, and the amenities were neatly arranged. The facilities were well-maintained, with no damage or wear and tear, and the WiFi was fast. The surrounding area is convenient, with many dining options and easy access to transportation. After comparing several hotels, this one offered the best overall value. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and definitely a great choice for visiting Sunac Land. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely come back again!

The owner was very kind and upgraded the room for free. The underfloor heating was very warm, but the air conditioning couldn't be turned on in winter.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Metro Line 2, just one stop away from the Ice and Snow World, making it easy to get around. We booked the Courtyard Family Suite, which has a well-designed layout with a TV wall separating the two king-sized bedrooms, offering good convenience. While the hotel is a bit older, it's fully equipped with amenities, and the cleanliness is well maintained. I noticed collision protection stickers on the table corners, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided complimentary breakfast every day. Room service robots deliver food and water quickly, so you don't have to wait long.

The room is big, but there's nothing good about it except that it's big. There's always a smell of cigarette smoke and sewer water in the room. I don't know where the smoke smell comes from. He was enthusiastic, thoughtful, humble, and polite. The check-in process was efficient and seamless. He patiently and meticulously explained the hotel's facilities, provided recommendations for local attractions, and answered all our travel inquiries. His communication struck the perfect balance – not overly zealous, yet genuinely caring and comfortable. A small detail that stood out was his WeChat ringtone; it was the most stylish and tasteful I've ever encountered – unique and classy. We stayed in a river-view room, which was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Songhua River. Harbin in September, with autumn colors beginning to emerge, offered breathtaking views of the vast river and the vibrant autumn foliage on both banks. We enjoyed the gentle river breeze during the day and the beautiful sunset in the evening – an absolutely fantastic visual experience. The room's decor was elegant and understated. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress provided just the right amount of support, ensuring a full night's rest after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were of high quality. Hot water was stable, and we could even enjoy the river view while soaking in the bathtub, which added to the ambiance. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was stable, and there were plenty of power outlets. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night. Housekeeping was meticulous, keeping the room spotlessly clean, with every detail reflecting the hotel's thoughtful approach. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. 停車方便很大的停車場，周邊特色餐飲很多，交通自駕無所謂距離，不過離地鐵站也不算太遠。 屋內暖氣一般般，下水道味道比較重，衞生間沒有排氣扇，住了四五天毛巾和拖鞋等消耗品更新不算及時，但是這個時段，這個價格也是超值了。另外贈送了冰棍，哈哈！
