My stay at the Shangri-La Hotel this time was an absolutely unforgettable and perfect experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, its exceptional grandeur was immediately apparent. The high-ceilinged space, adorned with dazzling crystal chandeliers, exquisite artwork, and lush greenery, exuded an elegant and grand yet welcoming ambiance, instantly immersing me in a world of high-end luxury. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. Check-in was swift and seamless, and they thoughtfully provided information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, making me feel truly valued and well-cared for. The guest room, however, was the real highlight. It was spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed, with a warm and comfortable ambiance. Every piece of furniture and decor exuded quality. The plush king-sized bed, coupled with premium bedding, felt like sinking into a cloud, guaranteeing a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a clever wet/dry separation and was stocked with luxurious toiletries. They even provided bath salts and petals by the tub – such thoughtful touches truly showed their attention to detail. The hotel's culinary offerings were another standout feature. Breakfast boasted an incredibly extensive selection, exceeding all expectations. With a comprehensive array of both Chinese and Western delicacies, from exquisite pastries and freshly prepared noodles to fresh seasonal fruits and unique local specialties, every single dish was of superior quality and absolutely delicious. Furthermore, the hotel's Chinese restaurant served authentic specialty dishes prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients and masterful culinary techniques. It’s perfect for both family gatherings and business entertainment.

Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!

We upgraded for free, the service was very good, and we called in advance. The room was large and the facilities were new. The upgraded area was very quiet, and there were many tour groups in the main building. When we went for breakfast at 7 o'clock, it was full of groups, there were no seats and nothing to eat, which was embarrassing... This was not good.

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

Xi'an Hotel is definitely one of the most five-star hotels I have ever stayed in! First of all, its location is very superior, located in the core area of Songbei, and the surrounding facilities are very complete. There are large shopping centers and specialty restaurants nearby, which meet my shopping and food needs. And not far from the subway station, the traffic is very convenient, travel is very convenient. The appearance of the hotel is very attractive, simple and atmospheric. Entering the lobby, the warm atmosphere is blowing, and the decoration style is stylish and elegant. The service attitude of the front desk staff is even more commendable, they always smile and serve the guests warmly. Check-in and check-out were very fast and didn't let me waste a little time. The design of the room is very careful, the space layout is reasonable, spacious and comfortable. The decoration details in the room are handled very well, and every decoration is just right, adding a lot of warm feeling. The bed was super comfortable, sleeping on it was like being wrapped in clouds, and I slept until dawn. The sound insulation of the room is also very good, and there will be no interference from the outside at night. The hotel's catering service is also excellent. The breakfast is varied and varied, from traditional Chinese breakfast to exquisite Western pastries. The ingredients are fresh and taste great, and every bite can make people feel the chef's intentions. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the restaurant service was super considerate. It was so comfortable to stay here, I will definitely stay here next time I come here

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.

During our 2-night stay at EaseLF Hotel, we experienced both positives and drawbacks. The hotel's location is undeniably convenient, situated near a subway station, and the reception staff demonstrated commendable hospitality. However, the breakfast offerings were disappointing, featuring limited choices that did not meet our expectations. Our room, though functional, fell short of our cleanliness standards, as we noticed visible dust, and the absence of windows in our assigned room was a notable downside. The confined space without natural light diminished the overall comfort of the stay. Moreover, the provided toiletries were minimal, approximately 100 ml for two people over two nights, and unfortunately, they were not replenished on the second day, leaving us with a shortage. Fortunately, we had our own toiletries as a backup. While the hotel has potential, particularly due to its location and accommodating staff, addressing cleanliness concerns, expanding breakfast options, and ensuring ample toiletries for the duration of the stay would significantly enhance the guest experience. These improvements would make EaseLF Hotel a more attractive choice for future stays, creating a more satisfying and memorable visit for guests.
