While the facilities might not be brand new, they are impeccably maintained. Bedside outlets and USB ports are readily available, along with a variety of charging cables for different devices – a very thoughtful touch. Our suite also featured a capsule coffee machine and complimentary Evian water. The views are simply unbeatable, though my only minor complaint is that the sunset was unfortunately obstructed by the adjacent building. The bedding was also exceptionally comfortable. A small suggestion: it would be great if bathtub covers were provided, as we had to bring our own. The executive lounge offerings weren't extensive, but the quality was quite good. The light meals were delicious, and the staff were very friendly. The front desk and concierge services were absolutely excellent, truly commendable. We had an 8:30 PM flight, and they kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was incredibly helpful and prevented any inconvenience. Truly fantastic service! Breakfast was outstanding! We chose the more extensive first-floor restaurant over the executive lounge. It offered a great selection of local specialties, showing real attention to detail, and was available until 10:30 AM, which was perfect. The pool offered absolutely breathtaking views! Swimming while enjoying the panoramic scenery and blue skies with white clouds was an absolute delight. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin.

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

Executive Lounge: Tom called before my arrival to ask for my estimated check-in time and helped arrange my room according to my preferences. When I arrived at the hotel a bit early, I happened to run into Tom, who assisted with the check-in process. Since the room wasn't ready yet, Tom took us to the executive lounge to wait, patiently asked us what we'd like to drink, and helped us find a window seat. I must say, Alila Wuzhen truly excels at service. I'll definitely choose them again next time. Alila Wuzhen is consistently excellent!

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!

Another visit to Maple Town Hot Springs! The hot springs part is still as good as ever, but this time, there were many unsatisfactory aspects regarding the accommodation: [1] Unprofessional room service staff: In the evening, I wanted to watch TV. I called the front desk to report that the TV wouldn't turn on. After the room service staff was dispatched, they didn't even know how to operate the TV and actually asked me if the remote control batteries were dead. Even after replacing the batteries, they still couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV. Throughout the whole process, they sat on the customer's bed trying to fix the TV. Don't they pay attention to hygiene during room service? [2] Overall service was perfunctory: We arrived after 4 PM, but the room still wasn't ready. They made an excuse about upgrading our room. However, after checking, I found that the 'upgraded' room type was the same size, but the bed was smaller. Is that really an upgrade? A little later, they said they could get it ready now. After checking in, we discovered that the 2.4-meter bed was made by pushing two single beds together, with even a gap in the middle. The experience of sleeping in it was very poor. If they intend to sell this room type, shouldn't they prepare the appropriate bedding in advance? [3] Extremely poor breakfast quality: We had always praised the hotel in the hot spring town before, so every time we came, we opted for the breakfast package, paying extra for it. This time, however, was a huge disappointment. The entire central area was completely empty. Only one station was open for beef noodles and wontons, and another station offered a few fruits and salads. That's it??? This is for a breakfast that costs 50-60 RMB per person! When I asked the server, they said we could order from a menu, but the menu only included milk, coffee, or corn buns, etc. This breakfast was even worse than what you'd get at an average budget hotel. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied. I'm sharing this to warn others, and I won't be returning anytime soon. Very disappointed.

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were clean and safe, and the humidifier and formaldehyde remover ensured comfort even in the dry northern winter. The hotel's public facilities were equally impressive. The glass-floored restaurant was incredibly creative; you could look down and see the polar bears playing and eating, creating a truly magical dining experience. Transportation: Hassle-Free for Drivers, Excellent Accessibility to Attractions As a driver, the hotel's parking service was incredibly convenient! We registered our license plate number a day in advance, and upon arrival, we simply drove into the free dedicated parking lot – no further communication required. Located within the Polar Park, the hotel is right next to various venues, saving you the hassle of traveling. It's also conveniently located a 15-minute drive from attractions like Central Street and the Flood Control Monument, making it easy to explore and find food. Cleanliness: Spotless Cleanliness for a Safe Stay The hotel's cleanliness far exceeded expectations. The rooms were neatly arranged and free of any unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and clean, and the bathroom, desks, and every corner were spotless. The floors and chairs in public areas were also kept impeccably clean, even the children's play area and interactive areas were spotless, giving families with children a very comfortable stay. During check-in, they provided detailed information on the best times for bear watching and the activity schedule, and offered assistance to families with children. The dining options were also thoughtful, with a diverse selection of Western and Chinese breakfasts to satisfy different tastes, and complimentary porridge for dinner – a comforting and heartwarming touch. We even received a small gift upon check-out. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making for an excellent experience.

The room was my favorite part—there wasn't the slightest odd smell when I opened the door. The bedding felt soft, as if sun-dried, and they even offered a choice of firm or soft pillows. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, and the warm-toned mirror light above the vanity was perfect for applying makeup without it caking. The shower pressure was strong, and the water temperature was consistently stable, never fluctuating between hot and cold. The biggest surprise was the small tea area by the window, stocked with complimentary local tea and bottled water. Enjoying a cup of tea in the evening while watching the city lights made all my fatigue disappear instantly. Breakfast didn't disappoint either! They offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly cooked wontons had thin wrappers and generous fillings, and the coffee was freshly brewed. Even the fruit was neatly cut, and the staff promptly refilled trays, so there were never any empty dishes. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a local specialty pastry as a thank-you gift for my stay. These small touches really made an impression. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Hotel was located slightly out of the city centre (Zhongyang St) but still accessible by public transport and taxi. Was shown that room had garden view but that is just a wallpaper.. Quite shocked that there was no windows and room was relatively small. However it was very cheap as compared to other hotels. Breakfast options was okay.
