The hotel location is super good as the Harbin Taiping International Airport is just located less than 10 mins away by taking car. There is also free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel to the airport. The hotel staff will take initiative to confirm your shuttle bus requirement one day before for advance booking. The room is great and comfortable to stay.👍

The most considerate airport hotel I've ever stayed in! It's very close to the airport, and the free shuttle bus is available 24 hours a day. The driver is enthusiastic and punctual. The room is clean and spacious, the bedding is soft, and the sound insulation is excellent. You can't hear the sound of planes taking off and landing at all. The service is very good, the whole house is intelligent, and there is a robot food delivery service. The breakfast is rich in variety, and there are freshly cooked noodles. You can eat a full meal even if you catch an early flight~ The price-performance ratio is full, and I will choose this place next time!

The hotel facilities are very complete, especially the bathroom, which is separated into dry and wet areas, which surprised me a little. There are many types of rooms. I booked a single cabin. Although it is not big, the bed is very comfortable and can meet the needs of rest during the journey. The lady at the front desk is very polite and dedicated. She checked in at midnight and was very efficient. The location of the hotel is also very good and relatively quiet.

I had an early flight so I came back from downtown Harbin a day early to rest and catch it. The hotel is 5 minutes away by a didi/ taxi. It’s a small Chinese hotel so don’t expect conversing in English. They will use a translator app and that is good enough, they are polite and very helpful. They will inquire about whether you need a shuttle and will tell you the time to be down in the lobby ( they will give you a call in your room to remind you before your flight.). The room is small but clean and neat. I like that the windows can open so that you can breathe fresh air if the room gets too stuffy! The water was hot and towels clean. (Ps.if you’re a foreigner that’s going to stay here, to flush the toilet you need to put on the big bathroom light 🤭I had to go to the front desk to ask for help). The bed was comfy and soft and the stay very convenient. The shuttle driver was early and it was an easy and restful process to get on time. Thank you for the wonders stay 🩷

The room is clean, the lingerie is clean. The breakfast is Asian, there was no coffee and tea in the restaurant. The transfer from the hotel did not arrive during the time, we met a transfer from another hotel and deceived for 1000 rubles. The return to the airport took ten minutes with a transfer from the hotel. The hotel administrators always help, the conversation is conducted through the translator will not be problematic.

This is an airport hotel, located within 7 mins of the airport. They provide a shuttle to the airport and we booked a family type room that was no smoking. Local food/snacks were provided and very early breakfast for people who leave very early.

I recently stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful experience as a foreigner who do not speak mandarian. Staff helped a lot. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great decor and great amenities. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to attractions and public transport. Overall, the hospitality and quality of service made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

There is a vending machine on the first floor of the hotel. It is very convenient to buy things. You can also eat on the second floor. There are many kinds of food. The room is also very clean. The driver and the front desk are very enthusiastic.

Very good, not far from the airport, pick-up and drop-off, very quiet, nice environment, and cheap price. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel provides a free airport transfer service “to” and “from” the hotel. Even though we didn’t have internet connection, the staff was able to pick us up at the right time and the overall process was smooth. Thanks a lot for helping to arrange this. P.S. We requested for the airport transfer service before the trip through WeChat. The staff doesn’t speak English so please be prepared to communicate in Chinese.
