Many of the previous reviews confirmed. We arrived late at night but were able to check in easily. The location was spectacular near many coffee shops and Russian restaurants. We even stumbled upon a nearby karaoke bar on the pedestrian street! It is near enough to walk to the Sophia Cathedral (which is seemingly closed). Ice and Snow World is far enough to need a car but close enough that it’s a quick ride. After hours of touring in the cold, the heated floors were much appreciated. The bathtub was also very nice.

Grand Mansion 1903 Hotel 🏨 is still as good as ever. I stayed here with my children in 2019. The children liked it very much. Both the decoration and the service of the hotel are very good. Have breakfast in the hotel's century-old wine cellar. Freshly fried steak and omelettes are the specialties. They taste very good and there are many varieties of breakfast. When I came to Harbin again this year, I chose the Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel. When I checked in, a handsome guy with a very nice attitude saw me bringing an old man and two children with him, and he even offered to give us a breakfast. The feeling of staying here this time is still very good. The waiters will meet all our needs. If I have the opportunity to come to Harbin again in the future, I will still choose Grand Gongguan 1903 Hotel.

Lovely hotel near to the ice festival so I'm glad that I wasn't too far away from all the sights because it was very cold there. A warm comfortable room and a delicious breakfast.

(I would like to commend the female staff member who helped me move up and downstairs twice and ran in with a birthday cake to rearrange my room.) After a long journey, I wanted to go to a hotel to rest, but I still had to worry about such a simple thing! Compared with the enthusiastic service attitude of employees in other departments, the service at this front desk is very stiff. It is recommended to focus on retraining! I would also like to commend the concierge who was responsible for loading and unloading luggage and the female staff in the executive lounge who were responsible for reception on the morning of the 18th, the aunt who was responsible for cleaning on the 17th on the luxury loft floor, and the boys who were responsible for the omelette area in the breakfast room on the first floor.
