Harbin Nan'gang District Hotels

Because a hotel has arrived in a city, namely the ”Longmen VIP Building” hotel, which boasts over a century of history. As the legend goes, this building is steeped in history and rich in traces, worthy of exploration and learning, and truly well worth my special visit. A suggestion for the hotel: as a long-established and international establishment, it should provide coffee to guests who request it. Otherwise, I would consider such a good hotel to be compromising on service.

We had a pleasant staycation at Jinjue Hotel.We originally booked our accommodation for 5 nights but we loved it so much we extended it for another 3 nights. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, always giving the best service! Our room is really nice, especially with non smoking area. We had the city view room with window which is perfect for us. The location is very handy, accessible to what we need. Mostly walking distance. And the best part is, the buffet breakfast! we enjoyed the variety of local food. We want to thank the whole team for the excellent service they provided. Well done! Five star service!

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to both the high-speed train station and the subway. Upon check-in, our initial room had a noticeable odor. The front desk staff immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, which my child absolutely adored! Every staff member's service attitude was exceptional. Their warmth and helpfulness made me almost hesitant to mention any minor cleanliness imperfections! One particular short-haired lady stood out; her service was truly heartwarming, and she looked after us like family, even remembering our preferences and details. There's a supermarket, pharmacy, and mall conveniently located downstairs. What's even more incredible is that I ordered a pair of shoes after 11 PM, and they were delivered right to my room! Simply unbelievable! Traveling solo with a child, this level of convenience was absolutely invaluable!

The newly opened intercity hotel in Erbin West Station has a great environment and service👍As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a nice and light fragrance. The front desk is very responsible and enthusiastic. There are welcome fruits and small gifts. The takeaway food is also delivered in time. The room is clean and tidy without odor and the sound insulation is good👌The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. German sausages and pasta are recommended! In terms of location, it is a 5-minute walk from the West Station. It is very convenient to go to the Red Square in the West City and Wanda Metro. There is also a subway loop line to the city. The high-speed rail also gives a delayed check-out time in the afternoon. The staff helped to carry the luggage before leaving🧳In general, it is a very good experience, and it is very cost-effective in Huazhuhui Hotel! Recommend everyone to stay!

The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom was really smelly and smelly, with a strong smell of urine. I called room service for 2 times and the bathroom cleaning could not handle the smell of urine in the bathroom. If you stay at the hotel, don’t live in Room 502 (502 rooms 0 stars), The unremoveable urine stinks, disgusting. I thought that the newly opened hotel in 2025 should have a new facilities and a good environment, but I didn't expect to be stinky by the toilet, and I couldn't remove the smell after cleaning it several times. Why should such a room be opened for guests? Asking to change the room also said that there is no room. The room rate of 1,000 plus lived in a public toilet. The experience was very poor. I still resisted not to score 1 point. After all, the cleaning aunt came to do it twice. It said that this urine was inside the floor drain. It was not clean. Why should this room be opened for guests? The picture can't take the stench of the bathroom. It looked clean, but it was actually stinky. Just because it was next to the convention center, I endured one night. Other ratings are called to the hotel as a whole.

Everything about this stay was amazing for our first time in Harbin. To begin, the people were so warm and friendly - from the doorman, the front desk and the manager in charge (shoutout to Ms Jojo!!). The check-in was smooth and we were promptly brought up to our room which was all prepped and all warmed up which was a pleasant surprise! (P.S. we were in Beijing Con*** and the room was cold AF when we checked-in there.) Little things like these were well-thought out by Jojo and her team that made it feel like we were staying with family. The room was very modern and clean and there was a Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet functions! I am very particular about toilets so I was very, very pleased about the cleanliness and modern layout in the toilet. I wish I’d taken photos of the room to show you exactly what it looks like as a tourist but you can rely on the hotel photos because it truly looks like those photos. Another selling point of this hotel is the location - it’s really convenient to get to all the tourist spots. In fact, my elderly mum and I ended up taking the public transport to places by the 2nd day because it was easy to do so and the bus stops are just down the street from the hotel. As a first-timer in China, I loved this location even more because in the same block, there’s a couple of Chinese eateries for us to choose from. Also, there’s a neighbourhood mall that’s only 10 steps away from the hotel door, that has a supermarket - perfect for buying all the snacks and souvenirs before flying home. Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel - you’ve made my mum and I’s first trip to China and Harbin even more memorable with your warm hospitality!

Getting such a great hotel for just over 100 RMB is truly incredible value for money. I'm quite particular about my accommodation and always check the room before booking. I was genuinely surprised to find such a good room for that price. Since it wasn't peak season, they kindly upgraded my room type. My train was at 4 PM, and the hotel was flexible enough to let me check out as late as 3 PM. The location is great, just 1.5 km from Harbin Station, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Plus, there's a Qiulin Lidaosi Red Sausage store right downstairs! Overall, my trip here was fantastic.

Service: I received a greeting call on the morning of the check-in day. Whether passing by the front desk or the public area, the front desk staff and the housekeepers were very polite. The staff training was good👍 and they also gave me souvenirs. The hotels I stayed in Luoyang, Kaifeng and other places before also had souvenirs, but they were all a bit confusing😂 so I didn't take it seriously when I first received it. I was really surprised when I opened the room after entering it. There were candy refrigerator magnets, earplugs and hand cream, which was a big plus👍 Facilities: The decoration style in the room is very good, very simple and clean. What surprised me most was the soft stickers on the corners of the sink and bedside table. They considered the details. They provided a humidifier and a smart toilet. There were also disposable toilet mats in the bathroom. They were very thoughtful. Environment: It is near the commercial area, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a school. If you come to take an exam, it is really close to choose here (breakfast is at the restaurant of Mou Feng on the 23rd floor. The dishes are good.

Very satisfied~ and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is good~ The room is clean and tidy, the whole house is very smart, there is no other special smell in the house, and it is equipped with a smart washing machine, which is higher than the average hotel quality, and the front desk is also a small bar where you can order wine~ After drinking, go back to the room to sleep directly, it's so fairy~
