The hotel is just one subway station away from the hIgh speed rail West Harbin Station making traveling around Harbin very convenient. Service is absolutely good at the front desk with ever caring and helping attitude.

Excellent location specially when plan to visit Yabuli because near Harbin West station. Level B2 of elevator is connected to the front mall. Also have bigger mall across the street, both mall have supermarket and restaurant. House keeping was so kind and have free laundry. We ask help to get a taxi to airport but they said we could just get it outside, in the freezing cold outside. It just sad because in Beijing and Shanghai they call taxi for us.

We booked a family suite and were very satisfied. First, the room was spacious enough so the two rooms didn't interfere with each other. The hotel's decor is new and sophisticated, and it's very smart. The air conditioning is precise and doesn't feel too strong. The showerhead is comfortable, with easy adjustment buttons. The curtains are completely blackout, and the doors and windows are super soundproof. I slept through the night for three days without hearing a sound, a feat I've never experienced in any other hotel. The service was excellent, and daily supplies were replenished promptly. Details were thoughtfully considered, like the heated towel rack, perfect for drying small items like underwear, and the ample charging ports for easy charging. The bedding was comfortable, with a great mattress and pillows. This hotel surpasses other similarly priced hotels in every way.

It’s convenient location, to eat dinner, to see the museum. It’s near to the subway station of 博物馆, just 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast is good. There are many kinds of dishes, bread,sandwiches, salads and fruits. It’s good for foreigners

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. They helped me book tickets for tourist attractions and even looked up the best way for me to get there via metro etc. The hotel is right next to Wanda shopping center with many small good stalls on the street. My room was clean and very large with an additional writing desk. If I ever make it back to Harbin I'd come here again. Very good price for the overall experience.

We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect.

First of all, I fell in love with it after staying there once. The manager and waiter were very friendly and friendly. It’s better to say that I benefited from it than to say that it’s cost-effective. (I was given a larger room with a window for free~ There are free self-service lattes, American coffees and hot milk on the first floor~ Madiel popsicles are only half the price of those on Central Street~ Free fruit platters are provided in the room~ Free souvenirs were provided when I left~) These introductions are all voluntary, and they are really good. It’s worth a try. In addition: The room feels completely The facilities are fully equipped The automatic curtains are very cool There are many places to eat around The hotel facilities are also very good... and so on. Full marks!

The room is clean, spacious, remind me of my stay at Lexis Suites Penang, Malaysia. Our room at level 28, water presure is okay. The city view from the room is so nice, i enjoyed sip my nescafe while looking at the view. Beside the hotel got frozen river. Can have a walk there. We travel to other places using Didi. I can say the didi price is consider cheap compare to my country (grab). This is our first time experience -16 celcius temperature so we cant walk outside for too long. Everywhere is too cold. Maybe can improve on biddet. If possible pls add a biddet in your toilet. Also your coffee cup, maybe can change it to coffee glass instead a cup. A bit inconvience to use the cup as i need to refill hot water twice to drink my small nescafe sachet. Overall nice experience at harbin and the room meet our expectation. Absolutely if come again, we will stay here again.

A little distance from the subway, it is more convenient to walk to the Shida Night Market. The room is clean, but there is a smell of cigarettes. There is no floor heating, you need to turn on the heater, otherwise it is very cold! The room is on the first floor, and the door is open to the outdoors, like an American motel. This design causes the gap under the door to let in cold air, and there is no floor heating. The store needs to add a windproof strip! In the end, I blocked the gap with my suitcase, which was better.

As soon as you enter the door, you will feel a warm and bright atmosphere. The fragrance smells very good. The attitude of the staff from the front desk to the room service is very good. The front desk staff is very good and responds to any of our needs in a timely manner. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable. I will stay here next time I travel. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient
