Harbin Songbei District Hotels

The room amenities were new and well-maintained. The location was excellent, conveniently close to the subway station and practically right next to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The staff were incredibly warm and provided exceptional service, even upgrading our room. The front desk was always helpful, answering all our questions and responding quickly. Our room offered a magnificent panoramic view of the majestic Songhua River, which was truly refreshing, with the Harbin skyline and Sun Island clearly visible. It was genuinely an unforgettable stay.

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

Best stay ever for me! Everything from the front desk to the housekeeping was great! I arrived quite early than the usual time but was given early in.. the benefits was explained clearly when checking in. Location wise is near a huge shopping mall, other than that its also near to tourist areas. You can even arrange for free pick up service to drive you to either central street or snow world and city. They also can arrange to have the driver to wait for you at the location you dropped off. There are 2 reindeer to greet you at selected timing. Even witness one of it shredding it's antlers! There are also free coke and Sprite and local drink in their mini bar. Unlimited free flow of night food from 10pm-12 midnight, legit nice beef noodle that I had 3 bowls. There are also free drinks and other local delicious food . For breakfast although I didn't get it, it's until 1pm lol, not a typo. Never heard before any hotel we have breakfast till 1pm. I was told this is because the owner know when we visit harbin we will stay up late, if it's the usual 10am you might miss your breakfast.same for those who need to get up early and still be able to come back to eat If you book those 72 square meter room they even provide free car rental. Yes all free, just have to top up the fuel, with this benefits you would've save a lot of money. Special should out to driver wangxin(王新) he drove me to snow world and walked there, even beyond the selected timing because he knows that it will be hard to take taxi back to hotel at late timing. He was also very passionate to introduce all the major location on the way. I was really glad to have met someone like him. Definitely a 5 stars for me!

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a shout-out to the hotel's front desk! Upon entering, the front desk staff greeted me warmly with genuine smiles. Their greetings instantly dispelled my travel fatigue. Checking in was quick and efficient, and they thoughtfully explained the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and delicious restaurants. Every detail was considered with care. During my stay, I accidentally lost my room card and was extremely anxious. I asked for help, and the staff gently comforted me, quickly reissued it, and reminded me to keep it safe for future use. Checking out was not only efficient, but the staff also thoughtfully asked about my comfort. This stay was truly wonderful, and I'll definitely stay at this hotel again!

Hotel was located slightly out of the city centre (Zhongyang St) but still accessible by public transport and taxi. Was shown that room had garden view but that is just a wallpaper.. Quite shocked that there was no windows and room was relatively small. However it was very cheap as compared to other hotels. Breakfast options was okay.

The experience exceeded my expectations. I wanted to take my children to the Polar Museum on Saturday. When I was looking at tickets, I saw the Polar Bear Hotel. Sleeping with polar bears and taking two tickets to the museum were so worth it. I booked the tickets decisively. The customer service added WeChat before check-in and reserved a parking space. I checked in around 7pm and saw the cute big bear sleeping. There were little surprises in every corner of the room, especially the instant hot water kettle. I brought it with me every time it appeared. I wanted to stay for only one night so I didn't bring it. I didn't expect her family to be very attentive. It is an instant hot water machine. You can drink safe hot water by just screwing on the mineral water. Great 👍 And whether it is the front desk, customer service or breakfast service staff, their attitudes are very warm and friendly 👍

Facilities: complete facilities, TV projection screen is very convenient. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, fully automatic toilet, everything is complete Hygienic: The bathroom is clean and hygienic, the toiletries and bedding are very clean. I stayed in five or six hotels all the way, which is the most comfortable hotel we feel on this trip. Environment: As soon as you enter the lobby, you will smell the fragrance. The room is spacious and there is a small dining table and card seat for tea and eating. The house is full of orange elements, hand sanitizer, body soap, orange fudge on the table... Service: The lobby service is warm and the check-in and check-out are very convenient. Takeaways are also delivered by robots as soon as possible. Very convenient Transportation: Going out is Metro Line 2, which is very convenient for both playing and going to Harbin West Station. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the car without traffic jams in the northeast Tiger Forest Garden.

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.
