酒店衞生很差，來哈爾濱五天，住了四晚，最後一晚選擇這家，一進門就發現了一衹蟑螂，衞生環境好差，拖鞋都是黑的。一天的心情直接變差，前台態度也不好，換房的時候前台阿姨居然説蟑螂是我們這些顧客帶來的，我一整個無語，她説我們吃了飯不及時扔所以召來蟑螂，我？？？我剛辦理入住還沒住，難道我身上自帶蟑螂？？？換房遇到一個小姐姐説他們的門老是晃關不緊，前台不承認説不可能，還總是罵罵咧咧，小姐姐想退房，前台罵罵咧咧不給退，我們換完房間之後，一進門就有一股濃濃得煙味。零下十幾度的哈爾濱不得不開窗通風，並且室內空調不讓用，一天十塊錢。廁所的馬桶蓋和坐墊全都壞了裂開了，廁所門口的地毯黑的不成樣子，我和男朋友忍氣吞聲，又害怕人生地不熟被打被罵所以將就住了一晚，冷冷嗖嗖的！體驗巨差！

怎麼説呢和圖片有差異，裏面取暖靠一個電熱爐插電使用，衞生一般設施老舊衞生間洗臉池的水龍頭沒有熱水，隔音一般，最主要的是床是那種很老的彈簧床沒有床墊格外墊着睡覺的時候能清楚的感受到那個彈簧一格一格的隔着後背還有胳膊，睡覺都是平躺着的。
出來旅遊選擇了這家民宿，如果不介意的話入住還是可以的畢竟距離中央大街很近，不過有條件的話還是找別的酒店吧。
