The hotel is a nice place to stay in Harbin. The location is perfect - right at the beginning of the pedestrian street and in front of the river. Everything is nearby - shops, restaurants and city sights. The service is good and the staff is quite friendly. The room is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pros: The hotel location is great, near malls, attractions, kfc, McDonald, local food. Love the room as our bed is on the second level (level 6) and we can see the plaza & car park & attraction across the street.
Recommend: purchase chocolate from the shop next door (at hotel door facing the road, turn right). They sell really yummy chocolate with many flavours!
Cons: hotel cleaning is not very well done. Can see hairpin, hair, snacks bits on chairs when we check in. Wanted to order food in the middle of the night but the hotel staff cannot help us.

The location of the hotel is very perfect. It smells so nice as well. The only imperfection is the price. I think it’s a little high.

This hotel is very well located when we brought our children to Harbin. It is right by the Songhua River and very close to Central Street, the Middle East Railway Bridge, and the ferry. The hotel is not big but clean and tidy. The front desk guy was very nice. He upgraded our room for free and recommended a travel agency to Yichun. We decided to stay here again when we return from Yichun.
