Hotel has convenient location nearby Zhongyang walking street. No problem with taxi or didi car coming to this location. Wifi is decent, you don’t need to enter a phone number. Room is beautiful and spacious. Issues I had with my room is that every day my key card will not work. I think this problem happens when cleaning staff access the room. Everyday I would have to get the keycard fixed by the desk staff. Also my sheets were never changed or cleaned. In the shower did not have conditioner and body wash bottle was already near empty. You’re only given a tiny roll of toilet paper. Room was way too hot at night, with no way to change the temperature. Overall the experience was ok

Booked two rooms. Because of the smoke in the room and the air conditioner, I had to call the front desk to adjust it. I asked the staff to help me change the room. The attitude was good. But at night, the robot knocked on the door and brought an empty takeaway. I don’t know why. (I didn’t order takeaway at the time. I didn’t order it until the middle of the night.) There was no hot water in the sink and shower. I called the front desk and the front desk said it would take a while. The water in the pool was still not there after a while, so I gave up. But there was hot water the next morning. The most important thing that affected my mood was the "parking space problem". Parking spaces are very popular.
