房間是很少見的loft户型，樓下和樓上都有電視、衞生間，整體環境非常乾淨，離哈西站也是很近，周邊不遠都是各種商場。是此行最喜歡的酒店了！以後還有機會去哈爾濱，我衹會選擇這家酒店！

複式的，樓上下都有衞生間，大大的好，店家應該在房型裏説明一下，是個大大的加分項啊！下面客廳的沙發也是一個沙發床，茶几也不小，一家四口吃飯夠夠的
隔音不好，這個是硬件，衹能希望隔壁房的客人素質在線了，我們就遇到了早上六點多在房間裏練小提琴的小朋友……
服務很好，忘帶房卡都是直接做一卡給我們，還吃到了小小糖葫蘆
離鐵鐵站有點距離，十六七分鐘吧，洗衣房也去看了，衹有一台洗衣機，幸好我們自己帶了個便攜的洗衣機，房間很温和，衣物一夜就幹了！

總體來説還行，中規中矩吧。衞生有待加強房間牆上還有別人貼過的面膜在牆上貼着。有一點我很不理解，辦入住的時候前台説掃個二維碼綁定房間號。結果就是莫名其妙註冊了個無用的會員，和入住沒有絲毫關係，也沒有綁定什麼所謂的房間號。你想找人註冊會員完成任務，我可以理解，可是為什麼騙人呢？利用這種手段，真是讓人無語😓

户型非常好，空間大，設備新，孩子和老婆住的很滿意。但是早餐衹能説是吃飽，不能吃好，因為味道實在是不行。尤其那個專人做的那個麪實在是太難吃了。前台服務禮貌熱情。保潔清潔及時。我們出門都是打車的，都挺方便，不像景點附近那樣打不到車

這次旅程分別住了4家酒店，星程是最滿意的，衛生安靜，只要你不介意離中心區20分鐘路程，值得選擇。另外要點讚他們的服務，我們臨時買了2天的早餐，第二天因為趕飛機，趕不到時間吃，只是在電梯裡提了兩句，想不到經理記住了！第二天早上6點就打包好我們的早餐放前台👍很少有酒店能做到這麼細心
